You'll find a queen bed and a living room with a full bathroom, stocked with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Enjoy luxury bed linens and bathroom towels, professionally laundered after every guest. You'll have access to easy street parking, and a parking space out back that is also shared with the other rentals.

Well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground.



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
