Come enjoy St. Simons Island ! Two spacious bedrooms- one with a comfortable king size bed and the other with comfortable single and double beds. Each room has a smart TV and a large walk- in closet . Kitchen and dining area seats 6 . Coffee bar in the dining area is equipped with a Kuerig and a regular coffee maker as well as coffee and fixings. A spacious living area has plenty of comfortable seating and large smart TV. Sofa opens to a queen bed. Sliding doors open to cute patio with combo gas/charcoal grill and umbrella table for four . The patio Overlooks a green space perfect for corn hole, frisbee toss, etc. and pool area with game area with ping pong table. There’s Plenty of space to store beach gear during your stay. Beach towels, sand toys provided. You can enjoy the area sidewalks for walking or biking . Take a stroll, run or Short bike ride to Demere Pk, East Beach , local restaurants and the village. Plenty to see and do whether you stay a weekend, a week or a season . Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island. . The island is a prefect place to stay and play. Lots of historical sites to explore on the island and neighboring areas . Sidewalks for running and walking, pickleball and tennis courts close by and golf courses. The area hosts special events throughout the year . Take a bike or trolley tour of the island or book a day to kayak , paddle board or fish or send the day enjoying the Sun surf and sand! In the evenings cook- out on the patio or try the wonderful choices of restaurants followed by a stop at one of the ice cream shops! When not at the beach enjoy the pool , play putt- putt golf, or enjoy the parks and playgrounds . For a change of pace take a day trip to Jekyll Island and the water park and explore Driftwood beach and local restaurants. Island Townhouse is the perfect place for making memories !

Great Location & Very Clean

This was a wonderful little townhouse that was beautiful and very clean. Location was convenient to both Pier Village and the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Best Beach Trip By Far!

My two daughters (9 and 4), my niece (17), her friend, and I decided to take our yearly beach vacation to St Simons Island this year and it was the best decision we could have made. The moment we walked into the townhome we were so pleased. It was clean and had so many little surprise's that we all enjoyed. Of course I enjoyed the cute household supplies waiting for us on the front porch! There was also things like the coffee maker and Kuerig that had coffee to go with it, so I did not have to worry about running back to the store to get coffee! The pool is literally right outside the sliding back doors and when I say the back porch is set up for the cutest family night grilling out, I mean it! The townhome is right around the corner from the East Beach access, which is a great spot for the kids to play and soak in the sun! The town of St Simons is all of 5 minutes down the road. I also can't forget, the AC was not cooling the home, so I texted the host and not even an hour later there was someone there to fix the problem and we immediately had VERY cool air in the townhome. She was so quick to respond when I had questions about renting a golf cart and helpful tips on other things we could do as a family. The location overall was perfect and so quiet, and the host was great! We will be booking this location as many years as we can for our family vacation from here on. So pleased!

We are new as rental hosts but excited to share a place with others in our favorite beach town! We have been visiting the island for many years- my husband for most of his life . His grandparents lived on the island and he spent many summers with them .His parents moved to the island as retirees. So we brought our children here regularly for summer gatherings with cousins where great memories were made. Two of our children have gotten married on the island where everyone that attended also fell in love with the island. We hope others will fall in love with the island and also create wonderful memories!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the closeness to the beach and all the island has to offer. The patio overlooking the beautiful green space with all the big trees , the ability to sit out back and grill dinner after a long day at the beach or the pool is so relaxing. All the restaurants and the Village are a short bike ride or golf cart ride -also an easy route for a run or a walk. Close to several parks with playgrounds, pickleball and basketball courts. Bike and golf cart rentals available on the island. Nightlife with local bands at many venues throughout the week and weekends. Seasonal events at the village park and in Brunswick. If you like to play golf Sea Palms and King and Prince are great courses. Take a trolley tour and learn more about the island and its many landmarks.

The back patio has some privacy from a little kumquat tree and green ferns and small palms with a new combo gas/charcoal grill .The den is comfortable and has a new large smart tv for viewing your favorite streaming shows. Comfortable beds and bedding in both bedrooms . Kitchen is equipped for any meals you’d like to prepare . Cute and convenient to everything the island has to offer!
