Cette cour arrière privée très spacieuse et entourée de murs offre une vue spectaculaire sur la montagne San Jacinto et les palmiers. Profitez des nuits chaudes et de votre cocktail préféré pendant que vous regardez les montagnes et le ciel étoilé au-dessus de votre tête. La cour arrière est luxuriante et bien entretenue et dégage une impression de spa, avec une piscine olympique surdimensionnée, des chaises longues, une table à manger et un barbecue au propane.

À l’intérieur, chacune des 3 chambres à coucher est très spacieuse, avec 2 lits jumeaux, 1 lit queen et 1 lit king, rend cette maison adaptable pour les couples et les familles. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet également à beaucoup de lumière dans la maison. Le salon et la salle à manger ont un plafond voûté et une vue magnifique sur la cour arrière - parfait pour se divertir!

Really well-appointed property. Loved how everything was labeled, from the shelves to the light switches. Super quiet area and very easy to get around. Close to lots of places. Very clean. The pool was great, and the BBQ was spotless. Very nice view of the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this house!

We loved our time at the house. It is exactly as advertised, quiet, relaxing, beautiful back yard and pool. It was spotless, had a very nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and every single thing in the house was in great shape. Wonderful neighborhood close to downtown and many other points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Cosy home

We felt immediately at home when entering the house. The living room is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Everything is clean. Outside area is spacious with large swimming pool, trees in the garden carrying fruit. Thank you Poppy for making this stay very enjoyable.

We felt so lucky finding this listing. It is the epitome of Palm Springs, from the mountain views to the palm and citrus trees to the familiar smell of an older home. This is a throwback with style and we loved every moment of our stay. It felt like a magical escape with relaxing and renewing energy. Truly a memorable and crave worthy experience.

It doesn’t get any better than this!!

I searched hundreds of Palm Springs properties online, read SO many reviews and kept coming back to this location!! Next time we visit PS, I’ll automatically book this lovely home without looking any further. What sold me was the beautiful picture of the backs of the 3 lounge chairs facing the very large pool - that picture was etched in my mind for months!! When we arrived, I was not disappointed!! Beautiful, unobstructed mountain views with no electrical wires or phone poles, totally private/walled grounds, citrus trees, lots of hummingbirds and those 3 lounge chairs that I mentioned earlier which are very comfortable!! Fun pool rafts and noodles were located in the garage. I loved every detail of the interior- such comfortable furnishings and very tasteful art work and wall hangings. The beds provided an excellent nights’ sleep and the kitchen was so friendly to navigate! It took only minutes to drive downtown and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our thanks and compliments to the owner of this wonderful vacation home and to the property management company.

Very adequate indoors but even better outdoors. Well maintained yard with flowers and birds , great pool but definite needs warning in April. Had loads of grapefruit and lemons from the property trees. Proper managers very helpful in resolving TV issue. Will return

Terrific, private home to enjoy Palm Springs rhythm

Our family of two adults and two college age sons spent a week here to reset and relax safely. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and the real star is the backyard with a very large pool. (yes, a significant extra expense to heat but so worth it), lovely citrus trees, comfy chaise chairs and a view of the mountains. Close to everything, but feels very private. The house is very well outfitted, especially the kitchen. Every gadget you could want but note, only salt and pepper. You’ll need to purchase any other essentials for cooking. But we also needed and found: an eyeglass screwdriver, a needle, sun hats, a picnic cooler, an extension cord and more. I don’t think it’s even in the listing that there are four bikes in the garage. A few flat tires, but we got them working and happily used them to look at homes in nearby neighborhoods. We loved the lemon, orange and grapefruit trees to enjoy the fruits of. For the finicky: the decor and furnishings are rather formal, even a smidge old fashioned, and not mid-century chic, if that’s really what you are looking for. But don’t let that stop you from booking this home. It was just what we needed and would return again.

Pros: Home immaculate, well equipped and very nicely updated for 1970 vintage. Excellent location for nearby access to downtown restaurants, shops and activities, as well as Escena Golf Course. Big backyard professionally landscaped, private and quiet with large heated pool and ample lounges, chairs and table with umbrella. Beds very comfortable. Communication with management agency, and their responsiveness, was excellent. Cons: Upon arrival, unexpected ear piercing alarm activated upon our entry and had to call management agency to learn how to deactivate; bathrooms had no soap or shampoo for showers and no tissues, just an empty box. Agency quickly sent these items to house after I called the next morning. Pool heating cost was twice what we have paid daily for this at two other Palm Springs VRBO properties that also had full-sized pools. Bottom line: really enjoyed staying there and highly recommend as we feel certain management has rectified glitches with alarm and toiletries issues housekeeping crew apparently was responsible for handling.

Wow! The property is fabulous. A huge back yard with incredible mountain views on a quiet street.

On arrival the house was immaculately clean. The bedrooms were exactly as advertised. The living room/dining room were exceptionally comfortable with cable TVs in each room. The kitchen is superb and fully stocked with every appliance a home cook could wish for. The location of the home to the main PS drag is unbeatable. The management company was extremely easy to deal with. This will definitely be our first choice for our next family vacation in Palm Springs.

Good house and location

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in a nice small one story house with a green backyard and clean large swimming pool. The house had all the necessaries for housekeeping. We liked the Movie Colony location. Good walking area.

Lovely stay

We stayed during the super-hot August weather and the AC and fans worked great! The home is well appointed (kitchen was easy to work in), and the yard and pool are especially nice - fun pool toys! I find the light-colored carpet a challenge given that we had a toddler with us, and with dirt tracking from the outside - maybe some extra door mats? We found some minor things that needed repair but the property manager was easy to work with. Overall, it was a comfortable home-away-from home!
