Located on the main courtyard to the ocean, these homes are known for their prime location. The flexible sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, two twin beds, two daybeds w/ twin trundles, two pack 'n play cribs, and inflatable mattresses for extra guests.

You’ll have two tandem parking spaces in the driveway, an on-site washer/dryer, and two private yards for relaxing or gathering with friends.

Interaction with Guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:
We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that there are neighbors, so quiet hours must be observed.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
