**Please note: This home is on a channel of Lake LBJ and have to access underneath a bridge, please inquire if you are bringing a boat to make sure it will fit. There is approximately 5ft clearance from the water to underneath the bridge.

Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the entire space.

We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.



DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



Please note there is construction going on in the area. We apologize for the inconvenience.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
