Health, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

House rules:
✔Checkout is at 10:00am. Automatic complementary extension will be provided for 30 mins. Beyond that, if available, extensions can be granted for an additional fee of $50 per hour.

✔NO PARTIES or events. This is an extremely quiet community and the apartment is monitored for noise violations through a noise detector located in the living room. We issue 3 warnings and after that, guests will incur a penalty of $1000.

✔This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional cleaning charge/penalty of $1000.

✔ Strict NO DRUGS Policy. NO DRUGS of any kind. You will be removed from the property immediately with no refund and fined $1000 fine for smoking or any drug use.

✔Please keep the back door with access to the Patio LOCKED at all times when patio is not in use.


The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
