Wife and I stayed here for long weekend and highly recommend this condo. The unit itself is very comfortable and a good size with all the basics; nice, well appointed bed, bathroom, kitchen and sitting area weâd expect. The extras such as good internet, towels, toiletries and kitchen utensils are nice to haves. Having the deck overlooking the Riverwalk is a very nice bonus. Entry is easy via the keypad. Nice to not have to worry about keys or cards. The location is excellent as itâs easy walking distance to good restaurants, shops, entertainment and if you want, a very lively nightlife. The beaches, battleship NC, Airlie Gardens and and other attractions are an easy, less than 30 minute drive. The host is very responsive and was quick to let us give us helpful responses.A couple things to keep in mind is downtown Wilmington has very limited parking. Parking is free 6:30 pm to 9:00 am but daytime is about 20. This is a downtown environment. While this unit is in a quieter area, expect a little outside noise.
We had a beautiful âhotâ week in Wilmington !This place was very very nice, comfortable and clean.Nicely decorated as wellVery convenient to shops and restaurants Would love to stay again sometime
Only quibble was no working internet WiFi or Cable TV.Communicated with property manager - and can accept it was not feasible to have repaired during stay - but no offer of rebate/reduction on charges was somewhat disappointing
