This unit overlooks the Capefear River, Riverwalk, and Battleship North Carolina Memorial. located on Front St above a popular bar and steps away from bustling restaurants, shops, nightlife, tours, and so much more! Recently renovated the unit is decorated with modern art, vintage Turkish rugs and comfortable furnishings with sleeping accommodations for six. Enjoy a night in lounging on our river view deck or take part in downtown nightlife which offers something for everyone!
The space
Recently remodeled, the unit has two bedrooms with one bedroom in the front of the unit and the other in back. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The second bathroom can be entered from the hallway or from the second bedroom.

For sleeping arrangements, in addition to a king size bed and double bed, there is a day bed in the master bedroom which is 30" x 69" and a larger second day bed in the living room which measures 34" x 80". (linens provided for all).

Important: condo is located over a bar that is open until 2am. Additionally you will be located in the entertainment district which is lively at times. If you are staying downtown to take advantage of the nightlife you will love this location. We have done our best to sound proof the condo and provide noice canceling machines in the bedrooms and earplugs. For people with sensitive hearing or who are bothered by background noice you may consider someplace more suitable. This is not an issue for most of our guests but we want to be upfront. We do not provide early check out, credits, or refunds due to music or noise which is part of our vibrant Historic Riverfront.

Perfect downtown location, my bedroom was quiet but the other bedroom was a little loud from the bar downstairs. I would book again.

Super cute, great location for a fun night!

This was a great stay. Walking distance to everything you would want. Beds were extremely comfortable! Just understand you are over a bar so you will have music until late. Earplugs provided!

I took my teenage son and nephew for their first Wilmington experience. They requested Downtown. This loft VRBO was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed. Yes, as other reviews stated, you will hear the music from the Bar below. Cam provides white noise machines in both bedrooms and ear plugs. I used the noise machines but not the ear plugs and was just fine. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back!

Fun place right in the middle of everything!

We loved the home and especially the proximity to great food and fun. While the music nearby was loud at night, being near everything we wanted made it worth it. And between the extremely comfy bed and a little white noise we slept just fine. Great place, very clean and modern!

Quick Beach trip

The loaction was great for us. It backs up to a view of the river , and is right on the strip to enjoy restaurants, and shops. Not to far of a drive to the beach. The place it self was clean & all of the spaces were furnished nlicly.

What a great place!

We LOVED our time at Cam’s place! The decor, layout and location were perfect for us! We were having a girls trip and couldn’t of picked a better place. Cam was super honest about the loud music at night in her description so we were prepared for it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time in downtown Wilmington! Cam was super accommodating and helpful and would give her 10 stars if I could! Thanks for having us!

Modern and clean condo right in the middle of everything!

Booked last minute to take advantage of non touristy dates. I am local and wanted to surprise my husband for a weekend getaway for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Owner was flexible and eager to please and make our stay enjoyable. Condo was pet friendly and easy in and out. The weather was cold so we didnt get to enjoy the patio, but we had a wonderful time. Will book again!

Amazing!

This was the best experience ever!!! Cam was an excellent host. We were there for our adult daughters Birthday. We had our husky with us. The place was spotless. So clean and beautifully decorated. Cam made sure everything was available including dog dishes and snacks. The beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. Will definitely book again.

Family Weekend getaway

Location is great!! Restaurants, bars, breweries and activities all a short walk. We even walked to the Dead Crow Comedy club and had a great evening there. The unit was very clean and had everything you might need. The porch with the view of the river was fantastic! Something to keep in mind: as stated in the description the unit is above an active bar that plays loud music until 2am. The unit has white noise machines in both bedrooms and earplugs available. But if you think this will bother you, this unit is not for you!!

Perfect for downtown celebrations!

Cam’s place was beautifully decorated and the perfect backdrop for my bachelorette party! The place is centrally downtown and after a night out of dinner and drinks, the patio was the perfect place to enjoy some more drinks and games. Cam was very communicative and eager to answer any questions we had. My mom checked in before me and had some confusion figuring out the door code and parking. To clarify, the code is for the front door, not the gate outside, which should be already unlocked. The parking is also adjacent to the apartment, facing the back, and was super convenient to be able to load everything we needed super close. Just be sure to grab the parking pass on the inside first! As mentioned in the listing, the place is above a bar so expect music to be thumping until 2am. We didn’t mind it for our purpose but appreciated that there were ear plugs in every corner of the house in case we needed it. Overall, this was a great place for our trip and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay downtown and celebrate!

Host was wonderful and gave us lots of recommendations. Bar downstairs will play music, but we went down to grab a drink a couple of times and they were so nice! Great little spot.

The location was absolutely great for walking around town and the Riverwalk. We really enjoyed our stay here aside from the the noise at night from the bar below. While the earplugs and noise maker reduce the noise, there's no escaping the vibrations from the bass, making it hard to fall asleep until 2am when the bar closes. I would give this stay a 10/10 had that not been an issue everynight (especially Friday). Cam was absolutely great to communicate with and was very quick to respond with detailed information!

Amazing location if you party until 2am

The host was a wonderful person and the place is gorgeous! Great location downtown in the middle of the action. Loud, raucous crowds and music - if that is your thing. The parking pass was worth a lot of money if you calculate the nightly rate. It was entirely my fault that I didn’t read all the way to the bottom of the listing to see that from 2pm until 2am, not only can you hear the loud music from below but you can feel it. No amount of ear plugs or sound machines make it bearable to sleep restfully. We were not in town to party. We were there to drop our daughter off at college and had to be rested to move her into her new place. It was miserable and completely exhausting for us.

Great apartment but can be loud

The owners make this clear but be aware that this apartment is over a bar. The owners try to mitigate the noise but the fact is you will be hearing muted music until 2 am. Other than that everything is excellent. The location is outstanding and the apartment itself is very nice. The owners are helpful and easy to work with.

Beautiful place with river view.

We brought our friends from the west coast to see Wilmington and this was such a great central location to what we wanted to see and do. It’s a beautiful apartment. It was very clean(a top priority of mine) and the decor was as pictured. Our host was great and the earplugs and white noise machines were very helpful with the music and noise from the bar downstairs. However, we could actually “feel the beat” through the bed when we were going to sleep. It really didn’t bother me at all, but it wasn’t a favorite amenity of the others. : )
