Condo well cared for

We had a great time, but learned that the balcony would be closed due to renovation shortly before visit. It was too late to find another place.

Spring Break with friends

This is our third year staying at Gulf Place Carribean, but first year upgrading to the 2BR 2BA unit. It was so worth it to have the extra space and bathroom. The unit was well equipped and had an amazing view. I’d stay here again!

Wrong week to visit

Overall the property was comfortable but the outside renovations made it disappointing. We had a gulf view but the scaffolding they put up while we were there made it hard to see. The condo itself needs serious updating.

Everything was as described. Small problem when Gulf place changed the door and pool codes. But we’re able to get them. Great view from deck unit was clean and ready for us. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a sink that was stopped up when we arrived and the property manager promptly responded to our request for repair. It was fixed within a couple of hours at no inconvenience to us. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful 30A

We loved our stay in the condo! The view is fantastic, being on the fourth floor. We looked forward to seeing the water every morning. Since we were on the fourth floor, the sunsets were spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day, and enjoyed the breezes. This is a corner unit, so it is private. The two king beds were a plus. There are bunks in the hallway, if children are in your party. The beach is walkable, across the street, through a private beach access for Gulf Place. We will visit again! Missing our beach trip, already.

Good week on 30A!

We had a great week. Perfect weather. Just Beachy was nice and we enjoyed it. However, there are a few things I’d suggest. 1) We were asked for our Amenity Pass by security. We knew nothing about this. We finally found them on the last day as we were packing up. If we knew to look for them that would have helped. We left them on the coffee table near the internet info page and check out procedure page so hopefully they will be easy for the next renter to find. 2) We didn’t have internet for the first 2 days. After resetting the router it worked. 3) The blender was broken. We bought one. 4) There was only 1 kitchen dish towel, so we bought those too. 5) We also bought a broom and dust pan since there wasn’t one there. We left it for the next renters. 6) There was one hot pad but it was dirty. We like to cook a lot so we used the kitchen quite a bit. View and location are wonderful. Short walk to the beach. It was a nice place, these are just a few suggestions on how to make it even better!

Large condo for a 2 bedroom.

Everything was nice but floor was filthy. We constantly had to clean our feet. Smoke alarm was annoying; husband took out battery and it still beeped. Overall, condo was beautiful and host was very accommodating and informative.

Gulf Place Caribbean 415

Gulf Place Caribbean 415 was great. The view was exactly as stated in the ad. We loved the large patio and overall décor. The beds were VERY comfortable. PLENTY of room for our family of 4. Bedding was great, lots of extra pillows, sheets and blankets available for us to use. I love the little gate close to door entry going to the patio. This allowed us to put our things from the beach directly outside without tracking any sand through the condo. Parking was never a problem and the SHORT walk to beach access was perfect. The pool and area around the pool was very clean. Everything was close. No need to travel far for things like food, ice cream, shopping, etc. Customer service and response time was On Point (this is a big deal to me)! Negative - 1. We were not aware of construction on the building. The LOUD banging just outside the bedroom window started at 8am. Loud enough to crank up the TV. Luckily it did not happen every day. This did not bother me but could be a showstopper for others. This should have been disclosed. 2. The floor walking into the kitchen was uneven almost as if it were sinking. It was very noticeable but I got use to it after the first day. Only 1 patio door was usable and hard to close (I assume from the building shifting). I am hoping the construction would fix that. There were structure support beams throughout the entire property. Overall This place is Awesome. Perfect size and location. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

Great Gulf View

We loved the great gulf view. Gulf Place has good amenities, shops and restaurants. Beech access is a convenient.

Love the location

The condo was perfect. We loved that it was an end unit so it was very quiet. The view was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The weather was terrible, rained almost all week and the ocean was closed with double red flag every day except half of our last day. We really appreciated the great pools and hot tub since the ocean was not an option. The nice condo and location almost made up for the disappointing weather that the condo had no control over. We would definitely stay here again.

A month in Santa Rosa.

Many thanks to the Beachy’s for an amazing month in Santa Rosa. The accommodations were perfect, everything we needed was right at our fingertips! Coffee in the morning with a perfect view of the ocean, some evenings the ocean really did look like watercolors from the balcony. The panhandle beaches are beautiful.

Enjoyed our fall getaway ar Gulf Place. Spacious and an easy walk to the beach. Love the corner balcony with beautiful sunset views.

Gulf Place

We had a great time. It is beautiful in Santa Rosa. The condo was very nice and being the end unit was a huge plus. The view was great from the balcony and we could walk to several restaurants and shops.
