We really enjoyed the quiet location aside from the train which we loved hearing, kids loved the pool and we loved the cozyness. Host was very attentive to my question.

That is definitely not the standard we aim for, and I wish it had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have replaced it immediately. My family had a great time here! We traveled from NWA coming to spend spring break with our grandparents. It was plenty of room for the ones staying with us here. The pool was maintained very well! The kids played in it from sun up to sun down. The pool table and darts were an added bonus for in between eating and swimming. Everything you need is in the house. Plenty of towels along with washer and dryer (which is very essential when you travel with kids). Loved this property! When we come back, we will be booking again!

This was the perfect location. CloseTo beaches and close to the Spacecoast complex. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was lovely, and our host was easy to get a hold of. Unfortunately the weather did not permit us to use the pool that would have been nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Cozy & comfortable

We stayed here while in town hosting a baby shower at a venue nearby. Location is convenient to town and shops. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Owner is very responsive to messages. I would stay here again.

Casa antigua

We loved the location. Private and quiet street, close to everything. Great communication with the owner, pool was perfect. Great yard to play and grill. Hope to come back soon!

House had all the amenities you could need. Beds were not as comfortable as would be expected. Upon arrival to the house the AC was at 78 and for Florida, not comfortable at all. The pool was not cleaned although upon notifying the owner the pool service was completed that evening. Throughout the visit everyday the AC would climb as high as 81 making sleep very uncomfortable for all. Temp would drop to a comfortable level in the morning only to climb throughout the day. A house of the age it is does not accommodate any efforts to maintain a comfortable temp throughout the day. I cannot recommend staying here in the heat of the summer. The owner was communicative at times and did send an AC serviceman out but in the end did not resolve the issue. Both the host and VRBO (when I reached out twice) did provide refunds.

Birthday and getaway

We had a small gathering then just hubby and I extended our stay to have peace and relax it was absolutely wonderful . I love the property and location and style she did a beautiful job designing home from top to bottom and so very clean.The host was such a sweetheart!

I want to preface this review with the fact that Michelle was excellent in responding and trying to fix the situations that arose upon arrival.Unfortunately the listing did not tell the whole story when it came to the property. Between some structural issues, one being the door to the pool jamming about 1/4 of the way open and the wall behind it looking like it would rip off the wall if pulled any harder(a safety concern for our child)...as well as the smell, we could not get over the smell of plug-ins followed by the musty smell that took over after removing the plug-ins. We got about 5 hours of sleep, headaches and promptly left the following morning. 10 hours into what was supposed to be a 4 night stay. Like I previously stated Michelle was prompt in responding but by that point it was too late for us. Hopefully some of the issues we had will not continue for others deciding to stay at this property.

I do want to clarify that the issues were addressed the same day it was reported, as guest safety is extremely important to us. We also take cleanliness and property maintenance very seriously and have since rechecked the home to ensure everything is in proper condition for future guests. Short Cocoa trip

We met my daughter, her husband, and two sons here on their way back from Disney. It was just going to be a quick visit but wanted for there to be things the kids could do. The home at games for us and the kids. The kids were the only ones brave enough to play in the pool. I told them they brought the cold with them since it was in the 60's for the stay. The check in instructions were easy enough. I was a little unsure about making the beds or taking the stuff off to be washed. We didn't see a book so that was the only thing missing. Everything else was as described. It was a nice spot and we'd stay here again.

This home was wonderful for our family's vacation to Florida. The chic boho decor was cozy and inviting, and our group of six was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, the pool table brought out the competition in us, and the pool and deck area gave us hours of outdoor enjoyment--morning, afternoon, and night--with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed having an open kitchen and dining area to cook and share our meals. The only attribute that wasn't our favorite was the fact that the flooring, while beautifully laid and updated, had different levels. (The living room area is one inch lower than the kitchen/dining, and the pool room is a step down from the kitchen.) We have a family member with mobility issues, and he struggled with stumbling over the uneven areas. Obviously, this would not be an issue for most folks, but we thought it is worth mentioning for any future renters who might have struggles with mobility.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with interesting wildlife to observe--tiny lizards scamper over the sidewalk, and a flock of white ibises thrilled our youngest member when they visited everyday. We were close to grocery stores, convenient stores, gas stations, and a fun Irish pub restaurant. We were close to a reputable medical facilty, which was needed at one point. It was a convenient location for our trips to the beach and Disney World. We felt extremely blessed to have this house as our "home" to return to each day.
