This family friendly pool home has been completely remodeled from the inside/out! It is centrally located & minutes from 528! Close to Port Canaveral, the beaches, Kennedy Space Center, and about 45 mins to Orlando! The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, smart TVs in every room with Wi-Fi/Internet available for streaming apps. All new linens/comfortable beds with toppers, coffee and kitchenware provided for cooking and family gatherings! The pool area is its own oasis with a fire pit, grill and plenty of seating!
Each room has spacious closets and dressers for clothing storage. The vinyl plank flooring throughout the house is water resistant (held up for my kids with the pool/bath times). The master bedroom has a master walk-in closet/ luggage rack,iron and also its own private half bathroom available. Each of the bathrooms have newer vanities as well. The pool/deck area is all brand new! It has newly sealed pavers, an extra large deck area, and the pool itself is newly resurfaced with travertine coping/tile, and floats for all of your future family fun! The living room is a cozy spot to hang out with a tv and streaming apps available for movie nights. There is also a designated area with two desk and a rocking chair for studying /a quiet space over looking the back deck in the back dining area. The kitchen has all newer appliances that are stainless steel and plenty of cookware/dishes. Also for the adventurers there is an above ground hideaway/wood fort outback that has created many memories for my kids and I. This home was my daughters and I’s first purchased home and we hope you love it just as much as we do! Happy moments are only to be had here!
