Inside, the open floor plan brings everyone together. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen all connect seamlessly, framed by large windows and lake views. Baseball/ Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation since the passing of my father in law. Our entire family truly enjoyed the location of the house, the layout was perfect. It gave us the chance to be together as one big family but also gave us the space we needed to accommodate our family. Serenity Lake is exactly that, we enjoyed coffee every morning as we watched the sunrise. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room!

My family of 5 enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa, and outdoor space the most. The kitchen, family room, and dining room was open and perfect for gathering. The location was close to Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. Very nice!

Great vacation rental!

This was a very well-kept and clean home! Had pretty much everything we needed except some pool floats and a few minor kitchen gadgets. Communication was great & check-in / check-out was easy. Only negative was the late check-in time of 5 PM and the cleaners still being at the house when we arrived. We would rent here again!

A nice getaway

Pool and house and dock were great. Clean and well stocked. Even had hichair and pack and play!! The tv is not functional in the office with the pool out couch however and that was unfortunate since it was someone’s bedroom for the week and a crazy amount of light switches , you aren’t sure what’s turning on or off sometimes but otherwise, a great place! Very happy we stayed here!

Family fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our annual summer family vacation. The home is just like the pictures. We had everything we needed and the home is super comfortable with plenty of space for a large family vacation. We mostly cooked at the house but there are plenty of locally owned restaurants and pubs near by. We also rented a boat to enjoy the open waters which was great fun too! Sanibel was ~1hr by boat and two marinas (the Westin and Rumrunners) close by. Fort Myers and Sanibel are also a short drive. Seabim Property Management were great hosts. They warmly welcomed and checked us out of the house. No issues at all with the rental. Would happily stay here again. :-)

Best of Cape Coral homes

If deciding to stay in Cape Coral this is the house you want. These are the features that set this home apart from our previous rentals in a nutshell. Top notch infinity pool and hot tub, outdoor fridge and wine cooler, large table and chairs, dock with tiki hut, long lake view in backyard (not a short canal like most homes with neighbor right behind), privacy on both sides of backyard area, two master bedrooms. I’ve found some houses have some but not all these features. I can assure you that you will never have a regret booking this place, it’s best in class for these reasons..

Pool and fishing oasis

We enjoyed the house, especially the backyard. With an infant, we thought it best to avoid the beach this spring break and opt for a house with a pool. When we found this listing with the lake we knew it would be perfect. Our older kids loved to fish off the dock and the baby enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. While the house did have a pack n play and high chair there were very few other kid friendly items (pool toys, games, fishing poles, etc.) so we did have to do a bit more shopping than we had hoped. The rooms all had their own tvs though which made up for that (at least in our tweens opinions). We would certainly stay here again and would probably get a bit more brave to try renting a boat so we could access more of what this area has to offer. Overall it was a great trip and we thank you for the memories!

Gorgeous Property with Unfortunate Pool Malfunction

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently completed a stay at Serenity Lake and truly loved the home itself — it’s beautifully designed, spacious, and well-maintained. The layout was perfect for our group, and the atmosphere was peaceful and private. Communication with the property management team was responsive and friendly throughout our stay.That said, we did encounter a couple of significant issues that impacted our experience.First, the propane tank on the grill was completely empty upon arrival. While they did deliver a replacement a few hours later after we reported it, it meant we couldn’t use the grill as planned that day.The bigger concern, though, was with the pool. The heater appeared to malfunction and continuously heated the entire pool to hot tub temperatures. We woke up on Day 2 to find the pool at 100 degrees, which was unsafe and unusable for swimming — disappointing considering the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this home. After we reported it, the team wasn’t able to get a pool technician out the same day, so they turned off the heater entirely — which meant the hot tub couldn’t stay warm either. By the time we checked out, the pool had cooled to a more comfortable 91 degrees, but unfortunately we missed out on a full day of pool use.While I understand that issues can arise, we were surprised that no form of compensation or goodwill was offered, especially given the premium rate we paid and how significant a feature the pool is for this property.A small note: the home doesn’t provide any hand or body soap in the bathrooms, which may be standard for some vacation rentals, but was unexpected.Overall, the house is gorgeous and the team was responsive, but the conflict resolution around the pool issue didn’t meet our expectations, and that did impact the overall experience.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and spacious for our group of 9 people and the location was wonderful. We rented a boat and for those that do so just know that it took about 50 minutes to get through the canals and out to open water but well worth it for us! I'm just putting it in here so if you have young children you can factor that time into your boating time and especially midday when the sun is unforgiving. We used the boat rental company that the property recommended and it couldn't have been easier! They brought the boat right to the house dock and picked it up there as well. There is a Tiki Hut by the dock and it was one of our favorite places for coffee in the morning and wine at night!! All of the outdoor living space was amazing! Unfortunately we did have one problem. When we arrived the first night, the pool temperature was over 100 degrees. We called our consultant and he did not respond to our call. We reached out again the second day and he did not respond again. We found another agent in the paperwork and called her and she then got our consultant to call us. Then when we spoke to him he was extremely condescending and dismissive to us saying pools in Florida are hot. Eventually he came to the house and realized there was a problem so we didn't have normal pool temperatures until halfway through the week. That was upsetting but we made the best of it during that time. Overall, the house is wonderful, once the pool and spa/hot tub were fixed they were so lovely that we spent most of our time out there. It really is a beautiful home. I would definitely stay in this home again, we had such a great and relaxing vacation!

Ein wirklisch schönes Haus, topp susgestattet! Das eibzige was man bemängeln kann, ist die Checkinn Zeit ab 17 h! Das ist schon sehr spät und man zahlt für einen Tag, den man nicht nutzen kann! Die Duschköpfe könnten mal ausgetauscht werden…da blattert das Wasser leider nur so raus! Ansonsten ein tolles Objekt in toller Lage!

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Sehr nett, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben. Die Duschköpfe checken wir. Ein früherer Check-in ist speziell bei Häusern dieser Größe und einem sogenannten Turn-Over nicht machbar bzgl. Cleaning, Wäsche usw. Wenn - wie in diesem Fall - morgens Gäste um 10.00 Uhr abreisen, ist 17.00 Uhr schon eine echte Herausforderung bzgl. der Reinigung. Weniger Zeit für das Cleaning würde definitiv zu Lasten der Sauberkeit gehen, woran niemand Interesse hat. Wir prüfen zudem jedes Haus nochmal extra nachdem die Cleaningteams es bereits verlassen haben. Es gibt soweit wir wissen keinen anderen Anbieter der dies so handhabt. Im Bereich des Cleanings machen wir keine Kompromisse - unter anderem deshalb sind um die 60% aller Buchungen bei Seabim von Stammgästen!

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

Our family of 7 came to Cape Coral as a birthday getaway celebration for us from the Palm Beach coast. We wanted to try something different, and hadn’t been to Cape Coral before. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and space for everyone. We enjoyed the property as it had wonderful features. Just like the pictures, 2 king bedrooms, large kitchen, a great view of the water with tiki gazebo to enjoy, awesome pool, & spa too. Based on the requirements of the property, we called after we checked in and got settled, to set up our appt to meet with the property manager representative Harald, who was assigned to us, for a meeting for the next day. He was nice, and informative and went over the ins and outs of the house with us. It was helpful, but I feel that the light/fan switches, etc could be labeled better in the home and the contract should state about the electricity fee information ahead of the booking so that you know all the details , but Harald was nice & accommodating and we didn’t have any problems. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around. We pretty much stayed in the house for the week to enjoy it and relaxed etc…but did do a shopping outing and dinner one night at Point 57. Nice time had by all!

Thank you for taking your time to leave a feedback, much appreciated. labels: there is no perfect solution because many lables everywhere in the house do not look good and some owners just do not like that. Otherwise we agree and labels are very helpful. Electricity: we always include $100 per week for electricity (this is in the contract already) and this will be sufficient. Everything was Perfect

This home is so pretty, wonderfully furnished, and clean. The outdoor living area, pool, and tiki hut made our vacation!

Extended Family Christmas Getaway

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for our group of 10 to spread out. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a holiday meal! We loved our stay and would love to return.

Very Nice Place

We all had an excellent time. There were 9 of us Total. Kids and adults really enjoyed the vacation home. I Also suggest renting a boat for the time that your there. But even without boat the house is really nice, the canal has decent fishing, and we saw 2 dolphins in our canal in front of dock area, never saw a mantee, but pretty sure they were right there to. We took a chance on this place, because it was un reviewed at the time we booked it.. but it turned out great!! Highly recommend this home.
