Outstanding 2 Bedroom Apt at Lyfe Resort
Guests of our oceanfront oasis enjoy a breezy elevated sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean (with private cabanas and an infinity pool) and a Fitness Center, yoga and Pilates. Valet Parking (Variable) is not included, must be paid during your stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Daily cleaning, valet parking and resort fee are not included. A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. You must be 21 or older to rent.
THE HOUSE RULES:
âą NO SMOKING POLICY : Please refrain from smoking inside the apartments and common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $200.
âą MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: the maximum number of guests allowed in each unit is as stated in the reservation. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
âą NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Respect your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests. Please keep quiet especially during nighttime hours.
âą EVENT PROHIBITION: Parties or events are not allowed in the units or common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $175.
âą TOILET: It is important not to flush paper, intimate towels, wipes, or other products down the toilet as it can clog the pipes, causing serious and costly problems. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $150.
âą TRASH: Please dispose of garbage in the designated trash room next to the elevators. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $60.
âą BALCONIES: Do not leave balcony doors open for extended periods of time.
âą SMOKE DETECTORS: Do not touch the smoke detectors. Any damage to these devices will result in a fine.
âą USE OF HOUSEHOLD ĂTEMS: The household items inside the units are available for your use during your stay. Please do not take any furniture or tableware outside of the unit.
âą FURNITURE AND LINENS: Any damage or stains to the furniture, facilities or linens in the unit will result in a fine, the amount of which will depend on the damage caused.
âą TV: If you encounter any issues with the TV system, please contact front desk for assistance. If you wish to use HDMI cables in a different way, please leave everything as you found it.
