Resort Fees: Please note that all resort fees are non-refundable.



1–6 nights: $30 per night

7–15 nights: $25 per night

16–29 nights: $20 per night

30+ nights: $300 per month

For stays exceeding 30 days, the fee is $300 per month plus $10 per additional day beyond the monthly period.



Security Deposit:

A $250 security deposit will be authorized by the Front Desk on the guest’s credit card per reservation. This is a temporary hold, not a charge.

The Accounting team will release the funds within three (3) days after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



Packages: All incoming packages will incur a fee of $5 per package.



Valet parking rates are as follows:

1–7 days: $28 per day

8–10 days: $25 per day

11–19 days: $250 per stay

20–30 days: $295 per stay (plus tax)

Note: Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles (VIP parking).



Trash:

-Trash can be emptied using the building trash chute.

-The room containing the the trash chute is at the end of the hall by the elevators.



Pool:

Please note the pool is open daily from sunrise to dusk.

Guest Access:

Please check in with the front desk concierge using the provided confirmation number. The front desk will provide you with an electronic key for elevator use. You will gain access to the unit using the door code we have provided for you. Please note that a mandatory resort fee of $30 per day applies to all stays (paid upon arrival). This fee covers access to various amenities and services.



The Neighborhood:

You are right at the center of easy access to many beautiful restaurants, shopping center, coffee shops, as well as Walmart that is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwalk building.



Getting Around:

Pool:

You have access to the first floor, waterfront pool in front of the fitness center during your stay. The pool hours are from 8am-7pm daily.



Bistro:

There is a small Bistro places located on the first level floor next to the pool. They offer a variety of food, beverages, snacks, as well as delicious coffee. Make sure you check them out!



Gym:

Enjoy access to the well-equipped gym on the first floor next to the pool area and Bistro.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Great, but . . .

A lovely property. Looked just as advertised. Dedicated elevator to unit was a great time-saver. But, while communications with property owner were easy, with a relatively quick response, they were largely futile. There were several issues with the unit, which Zi brought to the owner’s attention, like: 1. Queen-sized sheets on a King bed. Very undersized and didn’t fit well; 2. Main light in the kitchen inoperable; 3. No dish towels; and 3. Insufficient cookware. He responded quickly, indicated he would look into and address the problems, but never followed up on any of them, despite my repeated requests. Luckily, the problems were not of a more serious nature. So overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. But I hate to think how things may have turned out had the problems been more significant. The lack of substantive responses to problems, and wholesale failure to correct them is troubling.
