EMPLACEMENT - EMPLACEMENT - EMPLACEMENT - Appartement Bayside sur la magnifique baie de Sail. A 30 pieds de l'eau, une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Situé à North Mission Beach. A cinq minutes à pied du magnifique Catamaran Resort. Deux blocs courts à l'océan. Sortez de votre porte et marchez, faites du jogging, du vélo, du patin, quinze milles de promenade au bord de la baie et cinq milles de promenade au bord de l'océan.

Cette unité est au rez-de-chaussée d'un duplex (habitation du propriétaire à l'étage). Les propriétaires de tous les côtés de cette maison vivent chez eux toute l'année. Ce n'est pas une maison de fête. Quartier calme, idéal pour les familles. Grand patio privé avec barbecue à gaz, beaucoup d'espace pour les repas en plein air. La chambre # 1 a un lit queen, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, des miroirs, calme et cool.

La chambre # 2 est grande avec deux lits doubles, une télévision, un lavabo et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Cette chambre donne sur la baie. Profitez de la fabuleuse vue sur la baie depuis la cuisine et le salon. Le salon a un beau mur de miroir et une très grande baie vitrée. Profitez des feux d'artifice de Sea World depuis votre fauteuil.

Transport en commun à un pâté de maisons. La Jolla, Sea World, zoo, aéroport et toutes les principales attractions en quelques minutes. Shopping et grands restaurants à distance de marche.

Wonderful place to recover. We love the views of the beautiful sunrises over the water rite out the front window. Everyone was very friendly. Perfect for people watching on the patio. It was nice to be able to do laundry.

This house is ideally located on the walkway on Sail Bay. It is a small and charming home. The owner is delightful and very helpful.

Excellent beach getaway!

We had a great few days at the beach. Love the location. Even though the weather was less than perfect, it was still a relaxing few days. So many great food options close by. And when the sun came out, sitting on the beach right outside of the place was perfect.

Awesome place - would stay again

Terry's place is perfect. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The location is idea, nice and quiet and close to everything. We rented bikes and rode everywhere. I would happily recommend Terry's place for couples and small families. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Location

This is a sweet little house in a perfect location on the Bay. Walkable to the ocean and many restaurants. Beautiful picture window and nice patio looking over the Bay. Terry our host lives upstairs and was available and easy to communicate with.

Love this location and set up

Great location right on the walking path and sandy beach. Easy walking distance to Mission beach as well. Rent a bike and you can bike anywhere! Such a nice set up, very comfy beds, lovely sunrise views every morning. Terry was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location with a large window looking out directly onto Mission Bay. Great for people-watching! Terry was a lovely host. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach games. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay

It was our third stay at this property, which is perfect for a family of four. Perfect location on a quiet area of the bay and lovely lady who lives upstairs and lovely neighbors in adjacent properties. Plus the house has lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys, which saves us from having to pack or rent. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit is clean. Looking forward to coming back!

Stay right on the Bay!

Location, location, location! If you want to be by the beach, you are front and center on the quiet bay side of Pacific Beach! Watch the world go by in your big window or from your private patio…with your pup by your side! Clean and quaint, it’s a beachy little retreat you will enjoy, and Terry is a wonderful host!

Beautiful location right on the path along the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the views were wonderful- Fantastic location… we walked to multiple coffee shops and never needed a car! Spent most of our time on the lovely side patio! Terry was a sweet host and even allowed me early check in! Very kind!

Excellent location

This location was perfect. Easy access to beach and bay. Within walking distance to restaurants. Terry was very helpful throughout. Parking can be tricky so you might consider leaving your car at home. Lots of sand toys, boogie boards, and chairs were wonderful to have on hand.

Great location

Best location in the bay (from an experienced renter in the area). Owners were friendly and accommodating and they had all the beach toys we needed, which was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for a family of 5. We would stay here again. Only drawback is the plumbing is a little finicky, but for the price, this property can't be beat.

Wonderful Home. Your front yard is the sand. Peaceful, relaxing. Home had everything we needed. Beds & linens were very comfortable. The owner Terry was kind and helpful. We appreciate her letting us use her home! Thank you.

This beach house was in a great location! Absolutely loved the view of the bay and the sounds of the ocean a couple blocks away. The property looks like it does in the picture. The place was very clean and comfortable and the owners who live upstairs are so helpful and pleasant. The bus service is very good from there and I enjoyed bike riding and walking by the ocean. Sea World is close by and easy to get to by bus. I had a fantastic visit and would recommend this beach house!

Beautiful property

This beach home was a wonderful destination for our family of six. The location was awesome, quiet, but still close to many shops and restaurants. The property itself was charming, and had all we needed for our five day stay. It was a short walk to Mission/Pacific Beach. It is steps away from the bay/sand. It is a wonderful place for families with small kids to play and spend time. The big picture window is so lovely to look out and enjoy the bay view. Terry was a wonderful host and we will be back!

We are so blessed that my Grandmother Minnie bought this property for her home. For many years she lived in the downstairs unit and rented full time the upstairs apartment.
I have many fond memories of my years at her home. All of my 4 children have spent every summer from birth to adulthood in her apartment. In the early sixties she started renting 2 weeks every summer to a friends family. She would stay with my family. She would also house trade with my family and we would spend 4 weeks. This was the beginning of our summer rental experience. Minnie passed away in 1976 and I became owner. I continued renting, both to full time renters and some vacation renters. In 1986 my husband and I moved into the upstairs apartment full time. We began our weekly rental business around 1990. We built our first webpage, and the rest is history.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

She always had a lake house in Washington, so it was just natural for her to be by the Bay. Plus she could live on the property with a income producing apartment. We have gone full circle we live upstairs and rent the downstairs.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The benefit for us is having everything close. Fresh air, long walks right out your front door. The view is always changing, Sailboats, wind surfers, jet packs. A constant water show. Sail Bay has it all. We even have The beautiful Catamaran Hotel a few blocks North.
