The house's location and layout were ideal, and it was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and extras like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. some. While some TLC is needed, particularly regarding missing or broken deck railing and a deeper clean, it served well for our weekend getaway.

Great views

Great view of the ocean from hot tub, living, dining room and master bedroom. Master bedroom is kind of tuck away on its own up the windy stairs. House is warm and relaxing. We had a great stay.

Get away vacation

Great location very well stocked. For cooking. Only one dishwasher pod and no extra garbage bags house. Could of used some detail cleaning, but over all was clean. Nothing that stopped us from having a wonderful time and we definitely would go back .this house has plenty of room amazing view. Lots of stairs great for your daily work-out. We will be back did not want to leave.

Great family vacation

We just stayed for 3 nights to visit the southern Oregon coast. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, as well as beach toys for the kids. The location was great for visiting a number of places during our stay and the views were great!

Wonderful coastal getaway

We loved our stay in this Gold Beach home. It was easy to get to, close to town and within a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. And the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day on the beach. My family and I had a really nice time. We will be back.

Nothing but Ocean

Very cozy, comfortable, clean and well-appointed house with incredible ocean views from all living spaces and the upstairs bedroom suite. Everyone with whom we dealt including the owner, the host and the cleaner were kind and thoughtful. We loved watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Property is very private with plenty of space outside for parking and kids to run around. The ping pong table was a fun bonus.

nice quiet location

right on the beach but berm in front of house prevents view of beach. Beach access close and mostly good, one twenty foot climb that was a challenge but not impossible for older folks in group. House a little dated but had everything we needed. Shared shower had fixed shower height that was very short so uncomfortable for hair washing. Nice hot tub and deck.. Inability to load TV apps of ours was annoying.Owner quick to reply and solution was also quick.

Property, house, and location were awesome but.......

Property, house, and location were awesome but the beach access was damaged and dangerous. We had to really be careful when going to the beach. The wooden bridge was damaged and there were sticks and pvc pipes sticking up out of the ground where we had to jump down. Gma couldn't enjoy the beach with us unfortunately because of those factors. Other than that, everything else was beautiful and well set up. They had everything you could need for a comfortable relaxing vacation stay.

Wonderfull location

The beach was amazing, walked from end to end a few times, but be prepared for the wind. The house was roomy and well equipped, it would be nice if they provided a mop incase you needed it. We had a blast playing ping pong, didnt use the hot tub, unfortunately it had a funky smell to me. The view from all the back windows was wonderful and listening to the ocean was relaxing. Just the peaceful and relaxing vacation we needed. The only thing i could suggest is the home does need a good deep clean. The half bath had a few issues that it needed fixed, and the house was really dusty. Overall i would chose to stay there again. Just be prepared for alot and i mean alot of stairs.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Gold Beach. The home is right on the ocean with cool dunes in front of it. The master bedroom is awesome for the views and sounds of the ocean. Access to the beach is less than a 5-minute walk. There is a walk in shower off the master bedroom with two different shower heads. The deck is expansive with a good hot tub. We will stay there again even though it is expensive for one couple. We have two suggestions for the owner. It would be nice to have privacy when using the hot tub. Also, the sofa in the living room could be replaced with something wider and higher so the ocean views from it could be better.

Rental as advertised. Good supply of kitchen spices for our needs. Plenty of dishware and utensils. House has 3 levels with garage and a ping pong table at bottom level and master bedroom/bath and the top level. Very convienent location for our salmon fishing on the Rogue River.

This is at least our third stay at this property. The view and location are second to none! Walks on the beach are peaceful, quiet and I seldom see more than one person. The sea stars have returned too!
