Island Sands 105 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo that offers easy access, 1 window A/C in the living room, and a private washer and dryer. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit 105 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a California king-size bed. Wake up to the sounds of the island and step directly onto the lanai through your private access. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of vanity space. The guest bedroom features 2 twin-size beds and a TV with cable. The ensuite guest bathroom comes equipped with a convenient bathtub and shower combo. As you step inside you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that includes the living room with a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space.

Island Sands Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers a pool, BBQ area, and koi pond. This resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

This vrbo is in a good central location and in a safe area. The only thing that I recommend is that they put a window unit in the extra bedroom. The last night we were there we opened windows at night to create a cross wind through the unit to cool that room, but it caused the unit in the living room to not affectively cool the rest of the unit.

Things were ok here, Nice amenities, clean for the most part. Except for the floor, that was very dirty and sliding glass door very hard to open. This unit is noisy as it is right by the walk way going outside. Decorated cute. I'm not sure I would stay here again for the price.

I’m sorry the floor was dirty, the sliding glass door was difficult to open, and the unit’s proximity to the walkway made it noisy — that should not have been your experience. We’ve asked housekeeping to re‑clean the floors and retrain staff, and maintenance will service and adjust the sliding door so it opens smoothly. Perfect location

We loved the location of our condo. The ground flour, just steps from the pool and barbecue area was perfect for us. Our condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

The beach is non-existent. The area is super tiny, and you can't get in the water because of the number of rocks around it.

Got the job done

Several of us had to spend the week on Maui and didn't want to fly in and out each day. The condo was conveniently located so that we didn't have to battle traffic coming and going to our work location. Very affordable when divided by multiple people.

The floor was very dirty, stained sheets, fridge barely worked and microwave needs replaced (can’t read the display as half of it is burned out) master bedroom needs a new mattress(very uncomfortable) one very small dresser, master bath needs redo cabinet is blistering from water damage. Could t enjoy the lanai because air conditioner was leaking water all over it.the living room furniture also needs replacing. Pretty bummed at the price we paid for what we got. Not worth it.

This condo is in a perfect location, 20 min from anything you may need ,we had four adults and two kids 3 &4 room for we very one,they had a blow up bed for the kids perfect. They also had four beach chairs and a cooler and beach umbrella,we left sand toys and noodles and two blow up rings ,they also supplied 7neach towels. I highly recommend this condo to any one ,ground floor and you walked out to the pool . Loved it!
