An amazing stay waits for you at Gulf Breeze vacation rental condo. The beach is just across the street! Within a few minutes, you can have your toes in the sand!
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath spacious condo allows guests to tan poolside as they listen to the waves crash nearby. Be sure to pack your bathing suit and work out clothes because this resort features 2 luxurious swimming pools and an impressive fitness center.

RESORT AMENITIES: 1 outdoor heated pool (year-round), 1 outdoor non-heated pool, hot tub (year-round), clubhouse, fitness center
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen cable TV, central A/C, in unit washer and dryer, complimentary linens and towels
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker
GENERAL: Free WiFi, private balcony with ocean view, pack and play for small children
PARKING: The Dawn requires all guests to register at the front desk and pay a $35 plus tax per vehicle parking fee to obtain parking passes and pool access. The office is located on Seawall Blvd and is open from 10 am to 6 pm. If you arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office first thing the next morning, as it will be important to check-in there, for your pass.
Parking Information:
Parking fees are charged by the HOA and vary by length of stay:
1â3 nights: $40
4â7 nights: $50
8+ nights: Additional $10 per night, capped at $100
30+ nights: $100 for the first month only (must re-register monthly)
A small credit card processing fee will also apply.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 2 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
