This Condo has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony, the beach is located directly in front of the resort with only a short walk to the beach. Located in the Casa Del Mar resort that offers two tropical pools, a barbecue area and laundry facilities on site. Very close to Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 child with 2 queen beds and a 2 junior bunk bed.
The space
Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 1 child. With queen size bed in bedroom, queen size Sofa bed in living area and one small junior bunk in hall for kid under 12. It is centrally located right on the seawall close to all the attractions in Galveston. It is only a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier and The Strand historic district. It is only a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants and shops. Our condo has a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view to enjoy. This condo has been completely remodeled and is extremely clean and well cared for. It is the perfect spot for an island getaway.

Great Condo, great location

This condo was better than the pictures. Loved the location. It was perfect for our family of three but could sleep more comfortably. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The property was safe and we didn’t have any problems. The room was smaller than expected and smelled of cigarette smoke along with the hall way. Water leaked into the bathtub from the ceiling. But overall a great place to stay.

Great 2 night stay for a convention

My family stayed for 2 nights while attending a convention at the Convention Center 1 block over. It was a comfortable stay, though, we didn't spend much time in the room aside from sleeping. The location is perfect. Also, the listed parking price is wrong as the condos lowered the price, so bonus.

Great place

We rented this condo to stay for our wedding weekend. It was a great location off 61st and seawall, affordable, and easy to get in and out. it’s nearby pretty much everything! The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. It has a nice view of the water! The Condo is near the elevators so that was convenient for us as well. It was a perfect space for me, my husband, and our 10 month old. There’s enough space in the bedroom to fit a pack & play travel crib. The host was awesome and very responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend renting this place!

I enjoyed the ease of checking in, the cleanliness of the room and the beach being right across the street! The icing on the cake was the owner comminicating with me to set expectations fot checkin and parking! Will definitely be going back!

A Cozy Place in A Great Location!

First of all, the location is amazing! Just cross the street and you are on the beach or on the 61st fishing pier. The view from the balcony made every minute in this vacation count! And best of all, great host!

Holiday weekend

The location is wonderful, but note that the property is very small. Furnishings are adequate but dated and not particularly comfortable. But if you’re looking for great beach access and don’t really care about the lodging, it’s a convient, clean and nicely priced place to stay.

The experience was great. The condo was well taken care of by the owner. We could see the beach from the balcony. Condo was a little small for more than two people so if you are looking for something for more than that then it won't be for you

Beauty of Galveston

We stayed right after the hurricane hit. We arrived early and we knew there was no electricity but still was ready to stay. Our host was so accommodating and very quick to communicate. The condo was beautifully located across the street from the ocean. So convenient. It was just the perfect spot for my sons and i first trip to the ocean. Very memorable. Definetly will be returning and hopefully staying here again

Good say

I had a decent time there but the only thing is when i sat on the bed it had sand all on the comforter. I had hoped that it was washed before the next guest. I understand that sand is hard to control like on the floors but the comforter sand was a bit much. Everything else was fine.
