Enjoy and relax at truly Florida's most relaxing place called "Shore Life" on the beautiful Emerald Coast, located right next to the Navarre Fishing Pier. Navarre beach is surrounded by protected lands and offers miles of undeveloped coastline. Less development means more of that laid back relaxed atmosphere. Be amazed by the gorgeous views from your 7th floor balcony on Navarre Beach. Let the Gulf waves be a background noise while you enjoy a good book or bask in the sun! Shore Life is a refreshing large gulf front one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condominium located at the Summerwind Resort. A new comfy king bed in the master bedroom with large flat screen TV  and 2 new bed bunks built into an alcove in the hallway. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a large comfortable living room with large 50" TV and queen size sofa bed makes this unit the perfect getaway place for a couple or a small family. Summerwind offers 3 seasonally heated pools and Jacuzzis, fitness room, free Wi-Fi.  This unit is only available for a maximum of 5 guests. Come relax at this Gulf front condo on Navarre beach at Florida's most relaxing place. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. Great communication regarding reservations, any findings or concerns on arrival regarding the condo and easy instructions for carefree arrival and departure. The condo was an older condo, but was extremely clean and met all of our basic needs. Also, couldn't of been an better location or views!

Me and my daughter spent a few in Navarre for destination senior pictures. The condo was perfect for our stay. The view was amazing with the pier and beautiful water. We spend our summer vacation in Navarre Beach every year. We love this place.

The beach & ocean view was amazing and we wartched the sunsets & sunrises which were absolutely gorgeous. Right there gulf front, nothing obstructing our view. The room was clean & had all needed. Loved the welcome trial soaps, as we forgot to bring that.We forgot there was only 1 bedroom and the bunkbeds are in the hallway, but it was beautiful & would stay again.

Great Place

Location was great, beach was nice, condo was clean, AC worked great. It was a nice time with no hickups. The only negative is the beach chair company lining the whole beach before I was able to get out to the beach.

Overall, our stay was good, the property is in a great location, on the beach and has good amenities. However, the unit needs significant maintenance. There is a leak in the ceiling of the master bathroom that is being bandaged by a metal covering. It drips and is very annoying when you’re trying to sleep. When we first got there, the shower wasn’t draining properly either. Thankfully, maintenance came in a timely manner and fixed it. The safety latch on the front door is also missing. The oven/stove and microwave are very dated and need to be replaced. The buttons are wearing out and it’s hard to read some of the functions. The Formica countertops are old as well and just look dirty. The king bed is rickety, needs a mattress pad, and the headboard is not properly attached to the bed frame. The unit overall just seems dingy, beat up, and needs some TLC for what they are charging nightly. The location and proximity to the beach are redeeming qualities, but the unit needs some fixing up.

Maintenance did address the shower drain promptly, and we have reported the ceiling leak and the temporary metal patch to the owner and building maintenance for a permanent repair — I understand how frustrating the dripping must have been. The missing front-door safety latch has also been reported for replacement. We’ve passed along your concerns about the range, microwave, countertops, and overall condition to the owner for evaluation and potential updates. The bed, headboard fastening, and mattress padding have been flagged for repair or replacement, and we are arranging a deeper cleaning and cosmetic refresh to brighten the unit. Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve. We hope to welcome you back for a much-improved stay on the beach.

The only reason I give it a 4 is because the bed was uncomfortable. Other than that, the unit was clean and communication with the manager was great! The view was beautiful and the pool was really nice and clean as well.

Advertised 2 bathrooms when it was actually a bath and a half. Deal changer!Smell was horrible upon arrival; dirty socks in master bedroom floor was the problem. Made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. I love sitting on the balcony; furniture on balcony was subpar.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This condo was very clean. The furniture in the living room was nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the linens nice and lightweight but also had extra blanket for when I needed it. It’s in a great location and has a beautiful view!! The property itself was very quiet and clean. Very nice and respectful security. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! **my only issue (not a biggie) was not having any coffee filters for the coffee pot provided. I did bring filters, but of course they were not the same as needed. Sucked to buy a whole box for 3 filters we won’t use.

Beach Vacation

First time visiting Navarre. Loved it and we will be back. Condo was next the Pier, which we walked every day. Very relaxing vacation. There are just a couple of reasons why I did not give 5 Stars. First, the king Mattress was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. At one point, we moved to the couch. The pots and pans in kitchen were not well taken care of and there just were not enough sharp knives, such as paring knives, available. The blender was missing part of top so we had to improvise but made it work. Overall, we loved the location and the condo buildings. Thank you for the accommodations.

It was great once we were able to get in. Awful communication with host company when we had a problem checking in. The check-in instructions left one number off the entrance code, which of course, caused us to be unable to open the door. (We didn't figure this out until we finally talked to someone - we just thought the code was totally wrong.) We arrived at 5:30pm with a car full of perishable groceries that we had just bought from a local supermarket and weren't able to get in for about an hour. Two of the numbers given to contact the hosting company just rang with no voicemail option. We left a voicemail at the company's office, which was closed because it was after office hours. We contacted VRBO directly to see if they could help us get in touch with the host, but they couldn't get in touch with anyone either. Finally, we found a number to the on-call representative, left him a message, and he ultimately called us back, but it was nearly an hour after we got there.
