Le paradis vous attend dans cette luxueuse unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bains au 12ème étage située directement sur la plage de Navarre dans la communauté fermée de La Perle de Navarre. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont ouverts et spacieux et ouvrent la voie au vaste balcon donnant sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. La suite principale du golfe dispose de portes vitrées du sol au plafond qui vous permettent de sortir sur votre balcon personnel et de profiter des images et des sons que le golfe a à offrir. Il y a aussi un bar avec réfrigérateur à vin. Il y a 2 piscines face au golfe, un bain à remous et une salle d'exercice.
La plage de Navarre est calme pour s'évader sur une île barrière. Il y a une jetée de pêche du golfe de 1450 pieds et une piste cyclable de 15 miles à travers le parc des îles Gulf Nat'l Seashore.

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The owner was very responsive. Staff at the condo association was extremely helpful and worked hard to keep the property and grounds looking great.Would definitely book with this owner again!

Great view, great condo, excellent vacation!

I have zero complaints about my trip. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the condo was very comfortable, it was easy to get to the beach each day. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I’d recommend this rental to anyone, and when I return to Navarre with my family next I will certainly try to book it again.

Very nice - convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is a great floor plan for families and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The facilities were clean and having the multiple pools was nice.

Great beach front vacation

Loved the view of the beach and water. Easy fast access to the beach. Great place for a family vacation away from the loud rambunctious partying teens and college crowds of other beaches.

Very clean and nice, but could use a small refresh to elevate!

Overall, this unit is what you see in the photos and in the description. I'll break it down into more details:PROS:The owner is extraordinary with her communication! Check in was seamless! We didn't have to get parking passes, or go to a check-in counter. Cleanliness was IMPECCABLE! I'd even go as far to say that this may be the cleanest unit I've ever stayed in on VRBO! The building was great! We loved the gated parking lot, the multiple pools, and how amazing the property staff were! The onsite property staff were noteworthy and they were constantly on top of everything! The primary bedroom and bathroom were great and even gave you 2 vanities so that you could have 2 separate counters for spouses which I always appreciate. The balcony was giant and wrapped in front of the primary giving you fantastic views, but also came with blackout drapes for bedtime. Also, this unit is one of the only ones that does NOT max out the thermostat to some crazy temperature like 74! CONS:There honestly aren't many. The biggest ones were the balcony furniture quite frankly SUCKS. Spring for some nice resin all weather furniture so we can enjoy it more. The entire unit (mostly the sofas) are OLD and outdated. No beach unit should ever have fabric sofas especially from the 80s. The kitchen table also sucks. It's all glass with iron garden chairs. Dated and uncomfortable. Repaint the entire living area a nice lighter color! Those improvements would elevate this unit so much.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at The Pearl. The twelve floor was perfect for early mornings and evenings on the deck, ad we enjoyed having a beach view from both the living area and the master suite. The unit was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely rent this condo again.

After vacationing in Destin for many years, we grew tired of the large crowds and traffic. We found Navarre Beach and immediatly fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beaches.

My husband & I love the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico at night while sleeping in the Gulf Front Master Bedroom--no need for an ambient noise machine!

The Private Balcony off of the Master Bedroom and Living Room is a wonderful and relaxing place to spend your days and nights. We often enjoy watching dolphins near the shoreline from our balcony.
