Le paradis vous attend dans cette luxueuse unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bains au 12Úme étage située directement sur la plage de Navarre dans la communauté fermée de La Perle de Navarre. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont ouverts et spacieux et ouvrent la voie au vaste balcon donnant sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. La suite principale du golfe dispose de portes vitrées du sol au plafond qui vous permettent de sortir sur votre balcon personnel et de profiter des images et des sons que le golfe a à offrir. Il y a aussi un bar avec réfrigérateur à vin. Il y a 2 piscines face au golfe, un bain à remous et une salle d'exercice.
La plage de Navarre est calme pour s'Ă©vader sur une Ăźle barriĂšre. Il y a une jetĂ©e de pĂȘche du golfe de 1450 pieds et une piste cyclable de 15 miles Ă  travers le parc des Ăźles Gulf Nat'l Seashore.

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The owner was very responsive. Staff at the condo association was extremely helpful and worked hard to keep the property and grounds looking great.Would definitely book with this owner again!

Very clean and nice, but could use a small refresh to elevate!

Overall, this unit is what you see in the photos and in the description. I'll break it down into more details:PROS:The owner is extraordinary with her communication! Check in was seamless! We didn't have to get parking passes, or go to a check-in counter. Cleanliness was IMPECCABLE! I'd even go as far to say that this may be the cleanest unit I've ever stayed in on VRBO! The building was great! We loved the gated parking lot, the multiple pools, and how amazing the property staff were! The onsite property staff were noteworthy and they were constantly on top of everything! The primary bedroom and bathroom were great and even gave you 2 vanities so that you could have 2 separate counters for spouses which I always appreciate. The balcony was giant and wrapped in front of the primary giving you fantastic views, but also came with blackout drapes for bedtime. Also, this unit is one of the only ones that does NOT max out the thermostat to some crazy temperature like 74! CONS:There honestly aren't many. The biggest ones were the balcony furniture quite frankly SUCKS. Spring for some nice resin all weather furniture so we can enjoy it more. The entire unit (mostly the sofas) are OLD and outdated. No beach unit should ever have fabric sofas especially from the 80s. The kitchen table also sucks. It's all glass with iron garden chairs. Dated and uncomfortable. Repaint the entire living area a nice lighter color! Those improvements would elevate this unit so much.

Great view, great condo, excellent vacation!

I have zero complaints about my trip. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the condo was very comfortable, it was easy to get to the beach each day. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I’d recommend this rental to anyone, and when I return to Navarre with my family next I will certainly try to book it again.

Not returning to 1202

My husband chose the condo. But he saw this one and thought it looked nice from the photos. But looking back from first searches, I remembered this unit and skipped over it because the furnishings on the deck. Cheap! And now it truly reflected the upkeep of this property. Let me explain first that we have been coming to Navarre Beach for over 30 yrs( my BIL lived here but passed in Dec). We were there for his celebration of life. So we have stayed at many properties! This is truly the first poor review we have left: garbage can lid broke (laid on top), the dishwasher not secured, drain stopper in sink fell apart when you lifted to clean. Kitchen faucet very cheap and needed 2 hands to move so it wouldn’t break, faucets in the bathroom had pulled with 2 hands/bodyweight & slammed shut, closet door was off its hinges and could not be closed, no Keurig( we missed that) , the beds not attached to the wall /headboard) one had a loose leg and ready to break) one of the remotes were taped together with electrical tape.To top it off the first day we’re told by a guest in the elevator ‘the pool and beach access will be closed tomorrow for roof repairs.’!!Property managers said emails should have went out. Walked out to the street access! 2days. Never heard from Owner. When owner Notified of a few things- ‘the previous renters never mentioned it
’ Really your cleaners didn’t see all this? Oh and at 905am the cleaning lady waiting outside our door, as we loaded cart. Uncomfortable!!

Fall Break

It was our first time to Navarre and we loved it! Condo was beautiful and clean and cozy! The comforter in the master bedroom was so nice I actually bought one when I got home! The only thing I didn’t really like is the beach service with the chairs and umbrellas pretty much take up the beach so for people like us that have our own chairs and umbrellas you don’t get great beach spaces

Great Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great safe location with a wonderful view of the ocean. Unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Property owner is great, easy to work with and a really nice person!! Easy check in and departure instructions and great tips provided for places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!!

After vacationing in Destin for many years, we grew tired of the large crowds and traffic. We found Navarre Beach and immediatly fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beaches.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My husband & I love the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico at night while sleeping in the Gulf Front Master Bedroom--no need for an ambient noise machine!

The Private Balcony off of the Master Bedroom and Living Room is a wonderful and relaxing place to spend your days and nights. We often enjoy watching dolphins near the shoreline from our balcony.
