Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying at Summerwind 802E - Just for the Halibut. I’m sorry your stay was impacted by these cleanliness and maintenance issues. Reports of black mold, stained bedding and furniture, cobwebs, sand on beds, and owner items left in the unit are unacceptable. I will escalate this to housekeeping and maintenance immediately for a deep clean, linen/furniture inspection or replacement as needed, and mold remediation. We will also address removal/storage of the boxes. If you have photos, please send them via Vrbo messages so we can prioritize and document the work.
