Often, there are things in our vacay rentals we would change to make it better. This stay, there was NOTHING we would change. It was spotless, the "little things" made it feel high end and luxurious. From dishes, to linens, to furniture arrangement, the property itself was top notch. The open floor to ceiling patio doors felt as if we lived poolside and oceanfront. Spectacular ocean views! Perfect surf to enjoy reading by, napping by, or dining by.Check-in was a breeze, communication with Simca was timely and clear. The pool was perfect, any time of day. The grounds are kept up daily. An easy walk out our door put us at the pool, or on the beach. The beachfront had ample room for us to set up our own chairs and umbrella, no elbowing for space with the rental chairs. The pier is an easy walk down the beach.We loved everything about this property!While there, we decided we could see being snowbirds at such a place. Maybe in our not too distant future. Lol!Can't wait to come back here, in our very NEAR future.

Just Beautiful

The place was beautiful and very clean. My family and I had a great time. The pictures does this place no justice, trust me it's BETTER in person. The check in process was easy and the staff was EXCELLENT. The view is amazing with the beach being right there. We will definitely be returning, this has become our favorite place.

Absolutely loved this property. It was clean and the minor issues we had were promptly addressed. Although the pool is right outside the unit, the noise never bothered us.

Ready to book again

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. So clean and organized with a great location. We’ve stayed in several locations in Navarre and this was by far the best. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were plush. All the comforts of home are available and the beach access was fantastic. We didn’t use the pool but the property managers take great pride in keeping this property looking beautiful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
