Situated in the Fall River Valley, Johnny Horns embodies modern luxury amidst Colorado's timeless beauty. Nestled just below Deer Mountain, this newly built home features 10-foot picture windows that frame stunning views of the Rockies.
Our home is just a mile from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park -- fewer homes are closer. That means that deer, elk, bobcat and other animals often visit our yard. The Milky Way shines brightly overhead, and the quiet is a novel experience for many. When you want to go hiking, you'll be at Ranger gate in a minute.
Downtown Estes is just four miles away, with numerous restaurants, shops, a seasonal farmers market, festivals, and the iconic (and haunted!) Stanley Hotel.
Johnny Horns is the perfect retreat to escape from everything and completely reset, all while enjoying brand-new, luxurious, and modern mountain living.

En Suite King Bedroom: Main floor king size bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a 58âł smart TV, and large sliding doors leading to the wraparound porch with panoramic Rocky Mountain views.
En Suite Queen Bedroom: An upstairs queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a 58âł smart TV, and en suite bathroom. Also features a private patio with sunset views of Deer Mountain.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs queen bedroom immediately adjacent to a full bathroom.
Upstairs Landing: A pull-out queen sofa bed offers sleeping for two more.

Main Floor: A main floor powder room near the kitchen (toilet/sink) plus the king bedroom's en-suite bath (two stand-alone vanities, a soaking tub, shower, and heated floors).

Entertainment: We have books and games, TVs, and best of all, an outdoor gas fire pit right off the deck, with perfect mountain views.
