Great place. Great location

We stayed for a week and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the view was the best. The fishing was fun and the park access couldn’t have been better. Our family loved our trip and can’t wait to come back

Siblings trip

The property was easy to get to. The placenwe stayed was nice, but a little hot. The staff was amamazing and very accomodating. The view from our balcony was amazing. Thank you.

Taking in the view of Deer Mountain while listening to Fall River below is such a treat. We hope you were able to get a cross breeze going in the condo with the windows open and the floor fan going. Great Views!

There some definite improvements needed...broken screen door and some minor other things. BUT the view couldn't be better. The path down to the river is great, with a nice little trail along the river. Super close to Rocky Mountain, which was nice and a reasonably quick drive into town.

Nice but up two flights of stairs

If stairs don’t bother you then this is a very nice, clean place to stay. Nice pool, great views of the river. We saw an elk from our balcony. No AC, fans provided.

Nice views close to park and Estes Park

I chose this top-floor property for my husband and me so that we could enjoy the mountain views and babbling brook. It did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for us and would be large enough for a family. The front desk staff was a welcome surprise as they were very nice and helpful. Communication and check-in were great. It was a quiet area close to park entrance and Estes Park. We really enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park!

Beautiful view

Condo had beautiful views and a great location but it is on the 3rd floor so a bit of a climb and warm on the hotter summer days as there are no ceiling fans only plug ins. Broken screen door and windows were a little frustrating. It was nice to have a pool to cool off.

I am sorry that it was warmer for you. I am glad you took advantage of the fans provided, and hopefully utilized the cross breeze as well. I would be interested in hearing more about the window situation you referenced. Please message us with more information. In the future, please notify us if you feel that the condo is not working for you, and we will certainly look at options. Estes Park Getaway

The condo was nice. I am a senior with arthritis and would have appreciated knowing that we had to walk up a couple of flights of stairs. We went to a show and I wasn't aware of the code to get in the building after hours. The staff should include that code with the envelope that had our keys. We were happy with our accommodations.

Perfect

Unit was beautiful with rustic decor, which is right up our alley. We loved it. Two balconies. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. So close to Park entrance. We have stayed here before in a smaller unit. If we had to say anything, it needs ceiling fans instead of floor fans for the bedrooms. And no elevators. But we are hikers so no big deal for us! Again, would recommend this 3 bedroom unit to anyone.

Beautiful location, right near the stream.

We enjoyed this property. The only disappointment was that our screen door on the patio was broken. We were unable to keep the door open at night because the screen door was broken and it was very warm during our stay.
