We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels—and the layout was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was perfect —close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.We especially loved the balcony view, pool, and quick walk to the beach which made our stay even more memorable. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location with ocean view avd beautiful sunsets. The condo was the best as far as being well equipped with amenities and everything we needed. Extremely clean, updated and beautiful. The owner thought of everything. She stayed in touch and was very responsive and kind. We loved our time there!

Spring Break 2025

We’ve stayed at Sunset Vista multiple times, but this unit was, by far, the best we’ve had. Everything has been beautifully updated, and the unit is kept spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and supplies, making it easy to cook meals. The condo also provides a great selection of beach gear, including chairs, towels, and toys, which was a nice touch. The TVs, appliances, ceiling fans, and other amenities are all new and in perfect working condition—something that isn’t always the case in other units within the building. The owner went above and beyond by stopping by after we checked in to ensure everything was in order and met our expectations. We highly recommend this unit for anyone staying at Sunset Vista!

Treasure Island Condo on the beach

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo right on the beach. Balcony overlooks the Gulf with spectacular sunsets. Unit is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. Very nice pool area with hot tub with direct access to the beach. Publix supermarket is a quick drive or a lovely 3/4 of a mile stroll down the boardwalk having anything you may need. Area is still recovering from the recent storms but most businesses and restaurants are open with plenty to do. The property manager is attentive and easily available to guests. We had a great relaxing stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property due to its great location in the area, ocean front view, and cleanliness. You really do only need to come with your clothes. Everything else you need to get started is provided. We also really appreciated receiving a late check out since we had a late flight back home. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay inside and outside for the beach. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Superb Unit at Sunset Vista!

Unit was modern, updated and very clean. Exactly as advertised. Gorgeous beachfront and sunset views. Beach and pool never seemed too crowded. Really appreciated the beach chairs! If our family decides to come back to this part of the Gulf Coast, we will certainly check to see if this unit is available!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything about it was amazing. Access to the beach was easy, beach was fantastic, communication with owner easy, the unit spotless. Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels available for use. You can rent an umbrella $20/daily and chairs $10/daily per. Bar right by the pool and many other activities. We had a blast.

What every vacation should feel like

After a 9 day stay in the hospital with our daughter we seriously needed a break. We arrived a day late due to being in the hospital and she made sure we were taken care of upon our arrival. We had every accommodation and then some. Pool/beach toys, a sleeper crib, high chair, etc. The apartment was SPOTLESS. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Our view was amazing. Parking was right by the elevator. We had very quick responses from the host. There was a binder that listed nearest attractions and most popular restaurants. We didn’t have a problem with any appliances or otherwise. We will stay here again.

Absolute Paradise

We just returned yesterday from our week in Treasure Island and this amazing condo. I can not say enough about how beautiful it was. You walk in the door and immediately you see the view of the beach which was breathtaking! Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was furbished with everything that you would need. The mattress in the master was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. As a matter of fact, I contacted the owner to get information on it and we are going to be purchasing this mattress for our bedroom at home. I have never slept so good in my life! We really appreciated the book that she put together of restaurants and activities in the area. Some even had menus you could look at. The location is wonderful. It is close to many restaurants so you don't have to travel far to get meals. We went to Gigi's Italian which was excellent. We also went to Shrimpy's Waterfront and it was amazing. For breakfast when we left we went to Frog Pond and had one of the best breakfast I had ever had. You will not regret renting this condo. We have already decided that we will be coming back again next year, hopefully for the same week. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was great. Also really appreciated the covered parking. The owner is wonderful and responds to any questions immediately. We already miss Treasure Island and can't wait to get back next summer.

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Vistas! Our unit was exactly as pictured and described...very clean and well equipped. View of the sunset from the balcony was amazing! Our 9 and 11 year olds absolutely loved the pool and we spent most of our time there. Beach access was very convenient and it wasnt very crowded when we were there. The property manager, Carolyn, was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The local info she provided was also a huge help since we have not been to the area before. Would definitely consider coming back and staying in the same unit!

Spectacular view and location

We couldn't have asked for more. This property was exactly as listed. The owner provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. Towels, beach chairs, even sunscreen! Nice to have a small cafe and tiki bar on site. The pool was very popular and the sunsets were an added bonus! The next time we vacation in Treasure Island I would DEFINATELY choose this condo.

I've been buying and selling Real Estate Rental Properties since 1995 beginning on Clearwater Beach. After choosing to make Treasure Island Florida my home, I decided this was the perfect place to own a vacation rental because of it's white sandy beach and location to the many attractions, Downtown St Petersburg, ease of getting to the interstate, Airports and all the Beaches.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When I discovered there was a brand new Gulf front complex being built on Treasure Island Beach, I wanted to buy a unit. At the time, buying pre-contruction allowed a significant reduction in price so I bought one and watched as it grew into one of the most beautiful properties on the beach. Being an original owner has allowed me to watch how popular and family friendly Sunset Vista Condos has become over the years.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location is close to literally everything! There is an ice cream shop right next door, and a convenience store right across the street. Publix Grocery Store is right down the street. Johns Pass is right over the bridge with shops, restaurants and water activities. There are many restaurants within walking distance.The best part is watching the Sunset every night right from your balcony!
