We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

Evergreen Estate is conveniently located just a short drive from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg and Radford University, making it an ideal location for families visiting students or attending university events. Virginia Tech is approximately a 10-minute drive, and Radford University is approximately a 25-minute drive.

The charming town of Blacksburg, VA, is only a short drive from Evergreen Estate and offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Jefferson National Forest and Pandapas Pond is a hike away or approximately a 2 minute drive, providing opportunities for numerous hiking and biking trails. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including recreational activities, grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical facilities.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except the owner's closet above the garage.

On the main level of this refined home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open living area alongside a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. This floor also boasts a luxurious primary bedroom with an expansive primary bathroom, a convenient half bath, a laundry room, an attached garage, and inviting outdoor seating areas on both the front and back porches.

Upstairs, a cozy sitting area overlooks the living room, and you’ll find three additional bedrooms along with two full bathrooms, providing ample space for family and guests.

The basement offers an additional living area complete with a TV, a children's play set, and a ping pong table. There's also an extra room ideal for an office space and another full bathroom, ensuring plenty of room for all your needs.

Outside, the fenced-in backyard features a firepit with generous seating, perfect for gatherings. Plus, the house is within walking distance of the scenic trails in Jefferson National Forest, offering easy access to outdoor adventures. There is a propane grill available for guests to use, located on the back porch!

The home offers a large driveway with room for 4-5 vehicles.

- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
- The yard is fenced in, to close it off completely you must shut the front gate at the driveway.
