We do not have a car when we go to FL. This is our 3rd year where we use the circuit for transportation to restaurants and groceries but this year we had to wait a considerable amount for time for a pick up. Sometimes as much as 1 hr. Each time the driver said 1-2 other drivers we just going off shifts or just coming on their shift. The accommodations were great. Dawn and her mom were very helpful especially when weather predicted colder temps and she came over to our place to help us adjust thermostat to heat. So Dawn''s place gets 5 STARS and the circuit only gets a 3-4 stars.

We had a very good stay at this cozy and clean apartment. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The bed was comfy. Location good. Two small problems: the smoke detector kept going off when we cooked for any length of time and we needed to keep the window open..and the pans were scratched up a bit. Not the biggest problems but something needing a little attention.

We LOVED this place! So clean and just right for a couple. Close to everything and Dawn was incredibly nice. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We were there in November 2025 and she kindly heated the pool to 88 degrees for us to enjoy a private swim. One unit empty and her mother lived in the other one. Felt like we had the place all to ourselves. Close to everything and it was great watching the yachts and boaters along the inland waterway steps away from the apartment. Highly recommend. Great value. We will book again if we come back to the area for a short term stay!

Relaxing Stay In Pompano

Had a great 2 weeks. Janice made our stay very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and the grounds were well taken care of. It was a short walk to the beach . We would go to beach and come home in afternoon and relax by the pool. It was a nice relaxing stay. I would recommend to others .

Pompano Beach Paradise

This place is 1/2 way between the intercostal and the ocean. We had the heated outdoor pool all to ourselves. Loved Janice the owner who was absolutely fantastic & always concerned that we had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants on A1A & US1 which both run parallel to the coast. We would definitely stay here again.

Our yearly Pompano visit

We have nothing but good things to say about this place, it was extra fun because 30 years ago we used to live right next-door and were very familiar with the street and how close it is to the beach. It’s right across the street! The house was immaculate, it is literally the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The pool was gorgeous and clean as well. We were the only ones using the yard, so that was an extra bonus. Our host had everything we needed, we spent a couple days at the beach with beach chairs, and an umbrella, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. We will definitely go back!

Great place to stay in Pompano!!

This was a charming place right in the heart of Pompano nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is right across the street and offers a wonderful pool right out the back door as well. Very homey and has all the amenities you could ever need; even beach chairs and towels! There is a sleeper sofa so this accommodated my mom and I quite well. Janice, the lovely lady who owns the residence, is on site and there to help with anything you have questions about. This apartment was clean and tidy and very well taken care of. I look forward to spending time here again in the future.

THE BEST

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janice’s place. It was absolutely adorable and perfect for the two of us! Miss Janice was the ultimate host! The patio and pool area was THE BEST! It was beautifully landscaped and very clean. We grilled on the gas grill 3 of our 4 nights. It was an absolutely perfect get away! Thank you Miss Janice!

Everything was great

The unit was perfect and had everything we needed. Sitting by and swimming in the pool was fantastic, when not at the beach or out an about. Janice, the owner, was the best. I couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing place

Me and my friend stayed for a few days and absolutely loved this place so much. It was clean, a close walk to the beach, Janice was so hospitable and generous! Didn’t want to leave and want to come back as soon as possible!

Home away from home. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable. Walk to beach or hang out at the private pool. Can’t say enough about Janice’s place. Definitely going back.

Great location

Very cosy accomodations. Great shower and bed and wonderful heated (84 degrees) salt water pool in private tropical backyard, full kitchen to cook in. Janice (owner) very accomodating and anxious to please. We felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend to anyone (party of 2) who would like to explore Pompano and the area.

Perfect little spot near the beach!

Very cute property, loved to be able to relax by the pool and the ability to walk to the beach! Great location near many restaurants and grocery store/shops and there was a free trolley that you can use to get to them(with a tip of course)! Thank you Janice for a lovely little stay!

I moved to Pompano Beach in 2014 from Michigan. I am a real estate agent in Michigan and Florida. Living in Pompano Beach is an enjoyable experience. One can always get out and enjoy the outdoors. Plenty to do and see.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The apartment is also 1/2 blk to the Intracoastal for boat watching in the morning, the Hillsboro Lighthouse Point on the beach at the Inlet. Close to Pompano Fishing Pier,water sports,bicycling. Marriott Hotel Bars and Lounges close by. Approx. 10 minutes to the Aruba Beach Club.Great nightlife as well as numerous eateries. Golf Tennis and Shopping about 10 min away. Also near are new restaurant the Beach House and Oceanic by the newl updated pier that just opened.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you take a short ride to Highway 1 there are more good restaurants, a shopping mall, movie theater, grocery store Publix or Whole Foods. Pompano Beach is close to Las Olas Riverfront, Palm Air Golf Course, Isle Casino Racing a Pompano Park and Galleria Mall. Several restaurants Houston's, Joes's Riverside and Caps Place There are great water sports Wind Sailing Lessons, Paddle Board, Kayak or Jet Skis, deep sea fishing or just relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Eating out or cooking in is your option.
