A group of 11 girlfriends and I did a trip at this property and it could not have been more fun! The pool hot tube were even better in person and the view in the backyard was stunning. We were able to comfortably fit in the rooms and if there was something missing from the property (ex: a set of sheets for pull out) our dedicated hosts for the weekend were able to send them over in no time at all. We did notice a few issues with the bathroom shower and the half bath in terms of plumbing but again it was taken care of by our hosts quickly and efficiently. I was really worried about the noise constraints at first but the property is so large even when we were playing music at a moderate level or having a good time chatting and laughing, it was easy to not be too loud. It can be really nerve racking being the main planner for a group trip but Avantstay made it very seamless for our group and was very communicative even before our trip began. Would easily stay here again for friend of family trips!

Eleven girlfriends, a stunning backyard view, and a pool and hot tub that somehow looked even better in person — that sounds like exactly the kind of weekend everyone hopes for. As the planner, you carried a lot, so we're especially glad the experience felt seamless from the communication beforehand right through to the little things being handled quickly once you arrived. It's also good to hear the space gave you room to play music and enjoy yourselves without worrying too much about noise. Thanks for the notes on the plumbing as well — we've passed them along to the team so they can take a proper look. We'd love to host you again for your next friends-or-family trip.

Family group

The neighborhood and home is beautiful. There was plenty of room for all 12 of our family members ages 2 years old to 74 years old. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The views and pool are an added bonus.

Quiet and Luxurious Home in Del Mar

The property more than lived up to the photos! The home was spacious--even more than anticipated, and on a road that was super quiet. The views are fantastic over a valley. The hot tub is super-relaxing. This home has what we truly valued most--it lived up to the posting on everything. It was clean. It was beautiful. It was scenic. Everything worked. The host communication was first rate. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to visit family.

An intimate family get away vacation home

This place was perfect in every angle if you are looking to chill and relax on your vacation…You are getting both satisfaction living on top of the mountain and about 3 miles away from the beach at the same time…Super quiet neighborhood and the Solana beach is a jog away or 5K run from the property. Checking in was a breeze and the communication was great. Instructions for everything were clear and easy. As you open the front door you will be greeted with a wide entrance, sun light from a big glass window illuminating the hallway during the day time. The crib has 2 family rooms and big dining table that could sit 8 to 10 people at best. The kitchen was cute with big sliding glass door overlooking the pool and more light coming from another sliding door on the side of the kitchen with all the plants and trees wrapped around the whole crib was another relaxing experience for everyone…The bedrooms were clean, good size , big closets and very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. We loved the master bedroom which is also very spacious. The water pressure was great on all the bathrooms while showering. The swimming pool and the pool spa was the icing on the cake…we enjoyed soaking in the hot/warm spa at night before going to sleep…waking up in the morning hearing birds chirping feels good…it’s a perfect place for all of us…Small negative thing that we could comment, the house is kinda old but it’s well maintained and very clean.( 3 Air wick scented plug-in solution)
