Breath taking view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of this home is absolutely gorgeous. You could have a wonderful time without even leaving the backyard. The home was clean and provided all the essentials. Our only negative comment would be that the scald feature put on the guest shower, did not allow the water temperature to get over lukewarm which made for some quick showers. We tried everything it just needs to be adjusted.

Our return to Salty Seas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house and setting. We had rented this property two years ago and were very happy to see it available this summer. While the rental fee had increased we decided to try it again. We spent a great deal of time on the front lawn watching lobstermen on their rounds. We would consider renting a third time int he future but will also be looking at other available properties.

Nice spot but poorly designed house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a beautiful spot on the water on a beautifully landscaped lot. However the house itself is poorly designed . Instead of entrance steps to the front door there are piled-up rock slabs. The interior iselaboraly finished but awkward. A large TV screen partly blocks the ocean view. Etc. Our experience with VRBO on the other hand was excellent. Paige left a party our first night there to help us with the TV. was excellent. Paige left a party on a Saturday night to help us with the TV.Paige came by on a Saturday night to help us with the Tv.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement

Very Architectual Designed Home

Very modern, spatial with all amenities. Beautiful ocean view with large windows. Would have been nice to feel ocean breeze if windows had screens. Bedroom off the hallway had a mattress that wasn't friendly to my back but had enough room for comfort. Front door walkway was challenging to my friend who had a boot for her foot. I also being older, had balance issues with walkway. Other than those challenges, it was a beautiful home with all amenities.
