Outdoor living

The backyard oasis is designed for year‑round enjoyment. A private heated pool stays at least 80 °F from March 1 through January 7 and can be opened by request in January and February for a $400 reservation fee. Adjacent hot tub, outdoor theater, outdoor kitchen with sink, and gas BBQ grill provide ample options for dining and entertainment under the sky. Comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a fire pit offer spots to unwind after days of exploring Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king‑size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and stand‑up shower, and a streaming TV. Two additional guest rooms each contain a queen‑size bed and a streaming TV. The game room holds two bunk beds in a twin‑over‑full configuration, providing sleeping space for up to six guests. Room‑darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage support restful nights throughout the home.



Game room & entertainment

A dedicated game room brings together activities for all ages: PlayStation 5, laser tag, billiards table, darts, air hockey, board games, a multi‑cade arcade system, and kids’ axe‑throwing. A 65‑inch streaming TV in the living room and a quiet workspace add flexibility for work or downtime.
