MAIN FLOOR
- Large modern living space with zero-step accessible entrance. Ample seating for your entire party to relax and enjoy meals together. Gas fireplace for guest use when the temps turn cooler. Fully stocked stunning kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave/convection oven unit, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. Step outside to the back porch for more sitting and dining options with a view of the lake and mountains.
- Large Master suite on the main floor with King bed, walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, sitting area and access to the back porch.
- Half bath
- 3-car garage has Level 2 Universal EV Charger and additional refrigerator and freezer.
2ND FLOOR
- The Sanctuary bedroom with 2 queen beds, amazing lake views and ensuite bath and reading nook
- The Oasis bedroom with 1 queen bed, amazing lake views and ensuite bath.
- The Lake Bass loft with 1 King bed, bunk beds and a twin bed. Perfect for parents with small children to enjoy some privacy with its own outdoor entrance and outdoor eating space. Private living & dining space, mini-fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave. Ensuite bath with tub/shower.

LOWER LEVEL - GAME ROOM, FULL BATH, 2ND KITCHEN
- The Hangout on the lower level includes games (pool table, foosball, arcade table, ping-pong), card table with board games & puzzles

- 2 Queen Murphy beds.
- 2nd guest laundry room
- Full bath with double shower, perfect for rinsing off after a swim in the lake or dip in the hot tub, which is just outside on the covered patio.
DETACHED GARAGE
- Mountain Bear loft with 1 queen bed, full bath, full eat-in kitchen, outdoor seating and grill on private deck is located upstairs in detached garage.
- Cigar Room with a card table and couches/TV located below Mountain Bear Loft. Open the garage door for the best of both worlds – the comfort of indoors and the fresh air or view of the mountains. (Please refrain from smoking indoors in other areas of our property. The smoke eater operates on a setting that activates automatically.)
Additional sleeping options include 2 queen air mattresses, 2 twin roll-away beds, 2 pack-n-play cribs, sleeper sofa in Cigar Room.
THE 5 ACRE OUTDOOR SPACE INCLUDES:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Douglas Lake is a TVA impoundment of the French Broad River, and TVA lowers the water level during the fall and winter months. No guarantees can, or will, be given as to available water levels. Historical water level charts are available online. Experience seems to indicate that there is usually boat-able water to the dock from around the middle of April until mid to late-September.
Guests are to inspect the home within 2-hours of arrival and notify Host of any issues or concerns you have/find. ALL issues/concerns not reported upon arrival may be deemed the guest's responsibility.
