As soon as you cross the bridge onto Fort Myers Beach, you will feel the beach vibes and as you enter your vacation home, it will be time to relax, kick off the flip flops and switch to island time!

The private entrance to Blue Fish Lagoon (unit #2) is accessed on the second floor (one flight of steps), via your own small balcony, over looking the pool. The home is light and bright and has a modern, comfortable, beachy feel - perfect for chilling out after a hard day at the beach or exploring the local area.

The kitchen, dining and living area is open concept and great for socializing whilst making meals or margaritas (yes - we have a margarita maker, naturally!). We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig machine for your morning coffee, and even a blender for smoothies.

All TVs are smart TVs and have access to most of the various streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime video, YouTube, etc. as well as live TV on Xfinity. For the apps you will need your account username and passwords for any channels you may already subscribe to.
High speed internet is included.

Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and closets for storage. they also each have smart TVs for your entertainment.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and we provide all the essentials for you - towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

The laundry room is shared with the other unit in the complex and you will also be provided with a code for entry. Please be respectful of other guests and their laundry.

For your beach needs, we provide beach towels and downstairs you will find a variety of beach chairs, coolers, pool noodles, floaties, beach toys, and a corn hole (bag toss) game. These are for all the guests enjoyment and use, so please return them clean and be respectful of others needs.

There is also a grill for your use. Please leave this in the same clean condition as you would expect to find it.

The pool is heated and shared by both apartments in the Lagoon complex.

You will have the entire apartment with a private entrance (on the 2nd floor) and a small balcony. There is shared access with 1 other apartment to the pool and the laundry room.

We manage this beautiful vacation apartment for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property and we will send you check in details and directions a few days prior to arrival. Right in the heart of Fort Myers beach you will be an easy walk to many great restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, and, of course, the beach! The white sugar sand beach is right on your doorstep (about a 3 minute walk), so you can be lazing in the sunshine or floating in the Gulf any time of the day you fancy - with no worries about traffic or parking!

Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd (where you'll find many of the restaurants) are only a block away

We are within easy walking distance of many things that FMB has to offer, but there is also a trolley bus that runs the length of the island January through April. Route 410 runs from Bowditch Point Park to Lovers Key State Park. Stops for the trolley are indicated by the blue and white ‘Trollee’ signs on San Carlos Blvd. and Estero Blvd. Download the Transit app for up to date details.

Also January through April The FREE beach tram runs from Bowditch Point to Matanzas Pass Preserve Daily. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-30 minutes.

From the apartment, you have easy access to the bridge across to Fort Myers and (depending on traffic) you can be exploring historic downtown Fort Myers (16 miles)

We are 20 miles from SW Florida International Airport which is generally around a 35-40 minute drive. However, please be aware that traffic on and off Fort Myers beach, particularly during peak beach hours in the mornings and evenings, and during the winter season, can cause delays. Leave plenty of spare time if catching a flight!

SWFL international Airport: 20 miles
Lovers Key State Park: 6 miles
Vanderbilt Beach (North Naples): 19 miles
Naples downtown (5th Ave): 28 miles

This apartment is on the second floor, so guests must be able to climb stairs. It overlooks the pool which is shared with 1 other apartment, so there is potential for noise from the pool area, although we ask all guests to be respectful of each other.
The minimum age required to book this unit is 28 and that person MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. Bookings for groups of singles under the age of 28 are NOT permitted. We reserve the right to request IDs at the time of booking.

The maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is six. Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission. You will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or outside guests (not staying at the units) are found on the property.

No smoking on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Pets. We may consider hosting your pet (dogs only – no cats), however, they MUST have prior approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking. We will consider dogs under 30lbs and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. They must be on a leash at all times when in the outside shared area of the property.

You will be in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, but this is a quiet street, so please respect the neighbors and guests staying in the other two units in the complex. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm.

Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive. See Key Real Estate Advisors’ ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR VACATION RENTALS, listed below.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests. It should also provide the answers to most questions you may have.

Pool & bar: The pool deck is shared with 1 other apartment, so please be respectful of everyone’s right to peaceful enjoyment. Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

Only sandy toes inside the house! Please leave shoes by the door.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- The property shall not be booked by anyone less than 28 years of age and that person must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- Guests will not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Late check-out may sometimes be possible and will be offered for a small fee if available.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and you will be charged a security deposit at the time of booking. Please report accidental damage to the management as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
