TOUTE NOUVELLE PISCINE !!! GĂ©nial et incroyable. 4 nouveaux salons de luxe comme ceux des bateaux de croisiĂšre et des hĂŽtels haut de gamme.

Notre chalet est une famille unique, dispose de 2 chambres + lits convertibles, 2 salles de bain, 6 couchages.
Imaginez-vous simplement ici, dans notre charmante maison de plage; rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour et dĂ©corĂ© par un architecte d'intĂ©rieur et situĂ© dans un beau quartier. À quelques pas de notre accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage avec gazebo et douche extĂ©rieure ainsi que de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche privĂ©e sur la baie arriĂšre qui offre une grande cabane tiki avec des tables de pique-nique, des bancs, des glissades en bateau et des tonnes de faune locale. La plage est Ă  environ 50 mĂštres et la baie est Ă  environ 60 mĂštres du chalet. Notre chalet est d'environ 1100 pieds carrĂ©s de confortable et ne veut jamais quitter l'atmosphĂšre.

Chaleureux et ensoleillé deux chambres, deux salles de bain avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec nouvelle dinette blanche haut de gamme. Nouveau micro-ondes, horloges, réveils, laveuse et sécheuse au niveau vivant avec 2 vérandas fermées, stationnement pour abri d'auto, grande cour, espace de rangement et chaises de plage. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec une nouvelle literie et décoration, 2 placards (un trÚs grand walk-in). La chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec une literie et un décor plus récents. Le salon dispose d'une nouvelle Smart TV de 50 pieds avec cùble, construite en Amazonie, netflix, youtube, de nouveaux meubles; lit queen, causeuse et chaise. Lecteur CD avec boom box, nouvelle station d'accueil pour iPod. Tous les draps et serviettes de plage sont inclus. La chambre principale a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat hdtv de 32 "avec cùble.

DĂ©tendez-vous et lisez, faites une sieste, jouez Ă  un jeu de sociĂ©tĂ© et savourez des repas avec des amis sur l'une des vĂ©randas. Faites quelques pas vers la baie arriĂšre et recherchez le balbuzard pĂȘcheur, le lamantin, les dauphins, les poissons sauteurs, les pĂ©licans et le plus rĂ©cent rĂ©sident; SCARLET IBIS! Nos amis de la faune sont Ă©galement dans le Golfe, donc vous vous attendez toujours Ă  voir quelque chose d'amusant et mĂ©morable - une offre infinie de divertissement ...

The house was such a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the home was beautiful! For late February, we basically had the beach to ourselves. We spent our mornings at the beach and our afternoons in the private pool as soon as the sun hit it. Eating on the island was a little hard as restaurants are few and far between compared to the volume of people needing to be fed! We made a few quick trips to the close Publix and kept our eating out to a minimum. If you do plan to eat out, go early and expect a wait. No fault of the property though!Both the owner and the rental agency were quick to answer any questions we had - although I had very few. The stay was perfect for our warm weather getaway! Only things missing were an umbrella to put in the sand, and a grill at the house!

This was simply the “ ideal vacation” in every way. What a wonderful surprise to find a completely renovated, beautifully decorated home on a quiet street with a private heated pool just steps from a gorgeous, spacious beach! Our host, Nancy, was just terrific! Any questions were immediately answered and always happily- a dream host if there ever was one!The island can be tricky to navigate during peak traffic times with only a 2 lane highway but you quickly figure it out! We had a couple of great meals and the rest were fine! This is a lovely little town in the process of rebuilding after the hurricane. For once I simply cannot find one thing to complain about! Thank you Nancy for allowing us to spend 10 glorious days in your delightful home!

First time in Florida and it was so beautiful love the way the house was set up it was perfect

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at so close to the beach and shops. I can’t wait to come here again! The heated pool was amazing! My family enjoyed it we had a great time. Maintenance came and fixed a couple things that we had seen and was resolve very quickly. Very good communication!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our 2nd time at this property and we absolutely LOVE it. My only suggestion is the door be fixed in the master bedroom bathroom to the shower. It would not stay closed. Otherwise we had an amazing time! Love the house, area, private pool, and price! Will definitely rent this place next summer!

This is our 3rd stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as we did the previous times! I would definitely recommend it; the location is great, and everything was clean and working. It was great being able to spend the day at the beach and then time at night in the pool. We would definitely go back again!

Amazing vacation

Awesome location for a very accommodating home. We enjoyed the beach, bike rides exploring, and swimming in the pool. The wagon was perfect for taking over our beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Barely anyone around us. And the privacy from the palm trees around the swimming pool was great. Such a beautiful area that we all loved exploring and taking in the scenery. The house was perfect for our family of four.

A wonderful place that made our vacation an awesome one!

Our stay at Mid Island property was a wonderful place to spend our vacation! The property was equipped with everything we needed; the pool was definitely the best perk! The home was located close to the market and a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not congested. Spring Break!

Second year in a row we celebrated Easter at this mid-island home. We love the cozy layout and refreshing swimming pool. My boys fished every morning and afternoon at the dock on Hercules Ave. They caught a good variety of fish, and the friendly neighbors provided some great fishing tips. The beach access is close and your away from the college kid crowds! A major plus in my book. We treasure this property and look forward to visiting again in 2023.

Check in

Check in was a bit confusing. We rented the property through VRBO. Information received from that website did not co-inside with the information received from the property management of Tripower. Scott was very helpful in getting us checked in the night if arrival and Nancy (property owner) was very responsive to our needs and handled any questions/concerns we had promptly and professionally. However, the Tripower group was not very professional and was a bit argumentative when trying to get checked in and needs while we stayed. Very clean house,GREAT location and the pool was a hit after a day at the beach. Thank you, Nancy!

Winter Escape

We enjoyed our five week stay in this mid-island beach house. House was comfortable and in a friendly neighborhood. Loved the proximity to the beach and back yard pool (86 degrees!) The updated en-suite bathroom and laundry room were a real plus. Our 8 lb dog appreciated the dog friendly house.

Fabulous Location!

The location, 5 minutes walk from the beach was fantastic! The house was very well equipped with everything that you would need for a vacation at the beach. The private beach access was great and sunset was a great chance for us to meet owners of other properties in the subdivision. The only negatives were: fishing pier was being repaired so it was unavailable (would have liked to be informed prior to arrival by the management company). All beach accessories were great except umbrellas were too small and second one was broken. Was not a problem as we are sun lovers but should be noted for future travelers. The flooring in the main portion is quirky as the kitchen has newer flooring which must have been overlaid on the existing wood and is a little higher than the rest of the floor, it’s inconvenient to constantly worry about the little ledge. We had a great time once we figured out the traffic which in late Feb, early March was crazy!

Perfect getaway!

This was a perfect getaway for my hubby and I. Kitchen was well appointed. Two bathrooms clean with towels and beach towels. Pool was clean and warm. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. Nice screened in porch perfect for coffee. Good internet and made it possible for my hubby to work as well. Smart TV. Washer and dryer in master bath. Location is in quieter area away from busy beach which is what we prefer. Within walking distance to grocery and a couple restaurants. Others only a short drive away if you watch the traffic patterns on Google maps and avoid busy times. Great communication with owner.

Perfect vacation home!

This was our 3rd time staying at this little gem of a beach house with our dogs. The house is very well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.. We loved all the recent upgrades that Nancy made to the house. The neighborhood is super quiet and a quick walk to the beach. This house has everything you would need for a great vacation and the private pool and bikes are just icing on the cake. A Wonderful Week in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this comfy cottage in Fort Myers. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This was the perfect getaway for my family and we had all of the comforts of home. The cottage was so comfortable and we felt like we could relax and enjoy everything that Fort Myers had to offer. We were so close to the beach and we were grateful to have all of the beach toys and chairs to bring with us. There was even a handy cart to pull everything to the beach in. We enjoyed all that this little town had to offer. This home is so close to everything and it was a pleasure just to be away and relax. We were a short drive from Bonita Beach and also Sanibel Island. We visited both , but truthfully enjoyed our little stretch of beach just footsteps from the house. Our husky also appreciated the long walks on the beach. Everything from booking to check in and checkout was flawless. We so look forward to returning next year .

Nice but needs updates

Older home that is in need of updates. The A/C unit can not keep up in the summer months. The temp during the day inside was 76-80 degrees by the thermostat. We did reach out to the realtor and they sent out a technician. He said the unit was fine, but due to outdated doors and windows it can not keep the cool air in. We did run floor fans, plus ceiling fans to keep air moving. All beds slept well including the sleeper sofa. We did enjoy the pool everyday!! That was definitely a plus to have.. Very convenient to the Publix even by bicycle. Beach not crowded and tons of seashells.

Great Pool and Near Beach

We found the cottage to be very cozy and comfortable. The pool was super nice and private. Plenty of grass space to bring our dog out on. Very short walk to the beach. Outdoor upper level screened porch handy for bringing beach stuff into. Beds, towels cozy and AC worked well. Only downside, the property is older and lower elevated than other newer ones in the neighborhood. So big rainstorm caused intense flooding on this property, and we had to wade through lots of water at all exits until the water level receded. Twice. The water didn't impact the upstairs/inside portion of the cottage as it built high up. But even the driveway was significantly flooded. We reported the issue to the management company. It is not the owner's fault, but it does need to be addressed as there are mold and mildew issues in the downstairs storage area and open-air garage. The pool area was built higher and was unaffected. Visitors coming during hurricane season should not store anything on the first floor screened in area or garage area.

Amazing Time

Due to Covid this was the first family vacation we had since 2019 and it was just what we needed. We were blessed to stay two weeks. Location couldn’t be beat as it is mid island and slightly away from the busier areas. The neighborhood was peaceful and well maintained, and the private beach access made for quiet and relaxation. Some days there was only 2-3 other families at the beach area. Having small kids it was a bonus to have the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Everything is there that you could possibly need and the private pool was the cherry on top. There were even floats there for use. If you’re wondering about the walk to the beach you simply walk by three houses and then cross the main strip and you’re at the beach. The strip was not super busy at our area and my kids aged 4 and 6 did the walk easily. I’ve stayed in resorts that were beachfront that we ended up having to walk further to the beach than we did at this house. Nancy was fantastic and responsive. We will definitely be in contact in the future to book again.

We fell in love with the gulf coast of Florida in 1998 during our first visit. We went back for another vacation that year for a family holiday and had to purchase this amazing cottage. There was only one other owner since it was built so the family heritage and feel permeated the property- you feel the love. We have renovated it several times with new furniture, baths and a pool! We travel for work and understand the important things such as a pool, warm decor, cozy linens, wifi, smart tv, games, bikes, beach chairs and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be silly to choose another property when you have everything that you need at our warm and cozy beach cottage. We appreciater all of our wonderful guests whom have stayed over the years. We love the sun, beach, fun, outdoors, wildlife whether in the Gulf, flying above it or crawling around it. Ft. Myers Beach is easy to access from away, you can completely relax and never have to leave the island, people are friendly and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Relaxing, unwinding, turning off the fast paced everyday life. A new in ground heated pool. Enjoy friends and family in our new heated pool- why even leave the grounds? Additional, we love to kayak, run or walk on the beach, bike ride, golf and play tennis. Friends enjoy the jet skis and parasailing as well. Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
