The apartment does not face the street, so it is very quiet for NYC, and the large private patio makes this place an absolute gem. Exciting Bushwick neighborhood near many world famous attractions! Our apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The flight was awesome. The location was perfect, a three minute walk from the DeKalb subway station. Only about 25 minutes to Manhattan. Is great, and we found a couple of great secondhand stores nearby. The market that is on the corner is fantastic. Everything was great.
We really enjoyed our time here. Had all the amenities you would expect and was put together nicely. The porch is great too. Highly recommend staying here
Amazing apartment, very comfortable, super clean, has everything, neighborhood is quiet and location really close of subway, makes very easy go to anywhere in NYC.
The apartment was clean and appeared to have recently been updated. The location was not accurately listed on VRBO but is actually in a better part of Brooklyn. Close to the L train and several nice coffee shops.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Updated/modern apartment in a great location in Brooklyn. Close to subway, shops and restaurants. The balcony was a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. And accessing the apartment requires no stairs (rare in NYC)! There is just a gentle ramp in the entryway and an elevator. The host was amazing! When we had a small issue with the door lock they responded immediately and fixed it right away. Will definitely stay again!
Clean and Comfortable Stay with easy access to trains
Such a lovely space during our stay in NYC! There was an abundance of supplies for any needs we had (towels, cleaning items, utensils, etc). The space was clean and was so comfortable for 3 people.
Location was amazing as the train was less than 5 min away from the place. Also, thereâs lots of food, grocery stores, and bodegas nearby that made it easy to get any snacks/food or any other household things.
Communication was easy with host. Would very much stay again if Iâm in NYC!
This was a nice, comfortable apartment. The reason for the lower rating is that we did not receive check in instructions prior to check in, and the location listed is not accurate. It is still close to the subway, however, not the best area. During our stay, there was a sign on the complex front door stating there had been a recent string of robberies on the street. A little unnerving.
Great place to get away with the family. Spacious for NYC and at a great price. Conveniently within a block to the subway and a grocery store for supplies (prices not too different from Seattle area). More PROS:Rooms were clean and spacious. Towels were soft.Shower had good pressure and hot waterComfortable bedsNice sized TV and space to relax at the end of the day Free WiFi We didn't use the terrace, because it was still too cold. But, we did take a peek out there and it looked amazing. Would love to go back and enjoy it on a summer day.The taqueria at the corner was sooo good. We would stay again just for those carne asada tacos. ConsNo welcome book so we had to msg to learn wifi password and check out instructions.Blow dryer didn't work, but informed the host so hopefully there will be a new one for the next guest.Upstairs lobby smelled like smoke, but the door blocker kept the smell out of the apartment. White curtains in the second bedroom let in a lot of light in the morning. My kids seemed to sleep through it fine, but it would've been hard for me if I was in that room. Nothing that would stop us from staying again. Definitely recommend. Would stay again 100%
Newly renovated apartment was clean and met our needs nicely. It was very convenient to the L subway line and quieter than expected. It felt somewhat basic or minimalist.
The owner of the apartment was very informative, he gave us all the information well in advance. Access to the apartment is perfectly solved and comfortable. The apartment is clean, tidy and very well equipped. Special thanks for the sandwich maker :) Nearby, you can find everything you need for a maximum of 2 streets, as well as public transport. We spent a perfect 4 nights to visit New York City. Thank you for your hospitality from Hungary!
