Please be informed that noise is expected due to ongoing construction near our property. Construction is currently happening in almost every parts of Bali due to rapid expansion in the island.

These creatures are an important part of the ecosystem and pose no harm to guests. We have taken every measure to ensure your comfort and have provided insect repellent to minimize any inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that this villa offers private garage parking that can accommodate both motorcycles and cars. However, please note that the gate cannot be closed fully for cars.

Our villa has a roof made of traditional "Alang-Alang, crafted with natural materials to create an authentic Balinese atmosphere. However, due to the nature of this roof, small pieces of "Alang-Alang" may occasionally come loose and fall to the floor unpredictably. We appreciate your understanding of its natural beauty.

Other Services:

Bali being a tropical country known for its lush greenery, diverse wildlife, and serene landscapes, you may encounter harmless insects such as mosquitoes, lizards & geckos which are essential to the ecosystem. We’ve provided insect repellent for your convenience.

ID: A copy of the Government issued ID (Passport) needs to be submitted before or during checkin to comply to local regulations.

• We too love pets, yet we take IDR 1.000.000,- refundable deposit for each pet (For our safety).
• For any long term reservations >= 10nights the House keeping policy is different.
• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27days the electricty cost will be additional.
