Recently furnished, it features high ceilings, elegant wood floors, and a cozy fireplace in the spacious living and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, bespoke cabinetry, and a center island with a pull-out table. The main floor includes a suite with a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom, plus a guest bedroom with a full bath. The upper level hosts a primary suite with an ocean view terrace and an office or bedroom. A guest suite with a full bathroom is located behind the 2-car garage. This sanctuary is close to the beach, dining and shopping, epitomizing coastal living.

Beautiful house and location!

Long weekend getaway with family was wonderful at this spacious well appointed house. Everything you need and 1 block to beach and park. Deann was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Amazing Santa Barbara home!

Super clean & updated home with an amazing location on the Mesa close to everything. Very family friendly there is a park across the street for little kids & pretty much anything you need is nearby. We will definitely book again next time we visit Santa Barbara!

Amazing

We want to start by saying thank you so very much to our host DeAnn. She was very organized and easy to get a hold of. She was very accommodating and thought of everything for your stay. We had such a relaxing time with our family. The location of the home is within walking distance from the beach and is super close to downtown Santa Barbara and all the shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a fun relaxing time. thank you again, DeAnn.

Charming, clean, and well located

We enjoyed the house very much. We stayed with 4 kids and 2 adults and had just enough space. The house is clean and bright, not new, but bathrooms are renovated and modern. The location is nearly ideal - quiet street, low traffic, very short drive to the harbor and downtown, walkable to the park overlooking the ocean. Not quite ocean view, but the street feels like waterfront. We didn't make much use of the small backyard, but we appreciated the beach chairs and the house had everything we needed (a few minor towel issues were resolved). Only one caveat - house works best for fairly early risers, as there are some birds who enjoy the property.

Wonderful house and location!

House worked out perfectly for us (7 adults and a 16 month old) and we all loved the location! Close to the beach, playground and coffee places - all walkable. Short drive to downtown and to Butterfly beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc., including a great spice drawer. We also used the barbecue a couple of nights and the outdoor table worked out great as did watching the sunset from the balcony. Beach chairs, beach towels and blanket worked out great and there was also a beach umbrella and cooler, and a wagon to cart stuff to the beach. All 7 adults were comfortable in the house and the toddler had a great time and loved the outdoor space, especially the flowers. He also loved going up and down the stairs and we loved that it was very easy to block off the stairs by placing a couple of chairs in front of them. Communication with DeAnn was easy and she was always quick to respond - greatly appreciated. We would all highly recommend this home! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful location, Amazing Home

My family absolutely LOVED staying at this property. So many great things about Beach Haven, but I'll talk about some of my favorites: Cleanliness and comfort- The house was immaculate with a great attention to detail. It was so comforting walking in and feeling at home. Rooms/Space - The bottom and top floor bedroom suites are very large and include very large bathrooms. Tons of closet space and plenty of room if a family with young ones wanted to setup a crib/playpen, or a small travel mattress. Non-suite bedrooms have plenty of space as well. What a treat to have a mother-in-law like bedroom suite attached to the garage. Perfect for a guest who would like their quiet time at night. I can't forget to mention the beds in the house. My wife and I had to look at what type of mattresses were used because we want to buy them immediately! Location, Location, Location - The best part! Beach Haven is steps from a beautiful park that overlooks the ocean. There are stairs that are a short distance down to the beach where you can walk along the coast line for miles. You are not too far from the main beach/marina. The house is also only a 7-minute drive to the Funk Zone, which was so much fun! My group has two families with young ones, and 3 singles and this was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you DeAnn for being a wonderful host!
