Welcome to “St. Remy,” located in the coveted West Beach area of Santa Barbara, central to Santa Barbara's waterfront, the Funk Zone, and Downtown, this is one of only five gated townhomes in the beautiful and luxurious Cinque Terre association. This incredibly designed turnkey property truly gives you a taste of the Santa Barbara vacation lifestyle. The property features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a king bed suite including french doors that lead out to a balcony, plus two queen beds, and a rollaway bed - this home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The upstairs includes a generously spaced living area, along with a desk area and a gourmet kitchen, with patios flanking both sides of the condo, giving the property a European feel. Up on the private roof terrace, enjoy the gorgeous views Santa Barbara has to offer of the mountains, the Riviera, downtown, the palm trees, and just a peak of the ocean. This amazing outdoor terrace features a fireplace, seating area, and a large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. This is the perfect place to create cherished and long-lasting memories. The building has elevators that go up from the lower parking garage, and this gated garage includes storage of beach chairs and toys, all set for your next beach trip! What a great property!

Our family of five spent Thanksgiving in Santa Barbara, and this was the perfect place. The home is lovely (especially the rooftop fireplace!), and the location is perfect. We all had a great time, and would definitely return.

Great place, great location!

This was the perfect place and the perfect location for our short SB getaway! The close proximity to downtown, the beach, marina, harbor, and FunkZone allowed us to walk everywhere! The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning coffee (thank goodness for the fabulous coffee machine!) and a happy hour cocktail. The beds and pillows were comfortable too. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful spaces, great location

We had a short two night stay with a group that included a 6 mo old. The room layout was perfect for the 7 of us, and the extra space upstairs made it easy for those wanting to stay up later and extend the festivities to be able to do that without keeping others awake. Great location in town too. Highly recommend.

Amazing property

I booked this VRBO for my family. We are a party of 6 adults. The house was perfect!!!!! Very safe and secure and super clean and had all the necessary comforts of home. The communication from the managers was top notch. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Santa Barbara.

Very nice. Excellent location

Walking to beach was great. Loved the location. Make sure to go to chads for breakfast. Awesome. House was nice and comfortable. The second floor living was a little warm with no AC, but we loved the stay and walking everywhere. Great place. Great views from roof top. We would recommend.

Quintessential Santa Barbara goodness! Modern, clean, luxurious, spacious, comfortable.. lots of open outdoor space to relax and bring in the light and soak up the beauty. The layout encourages family time and sweet memories. Beds are really comfy. Rooftop deck is incredible. Perfect location, parking was easy. Highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful!

This Spanish-style townhouse is an absolute stunner. Beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well stocked, and the roof-top patio is amazing. There is no air conditioning which made the inside living area toasty in the late afternoons. But they provide fans to help with warmth. Katie was attentive, communicative, and overall fantastic. So much to explore within a few blocks of the home.

Beautiful condo in convenient location

Beautiful condo in a convenient location near downtown Santa Barbara and the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the spacious multi-level condo and outdoor patios, as well as the courtyard of the building which had great space for our dogs to stretch their legs. Having a garage parking spot was nice and convenient. There were also great beach accessories available for use.There were little things that could use improvement like the doors/locks were a little difficult. The communication with management spanned between the VRBO app and email which was a little confusing and I found that instructions in both places didn't match perfectly but don't think it was a big problem. P.S. while there is an elevator on the property, it's good to know that there are a lot of stairs (to get from ground floor to front door and from front door/bedroom level to kitchen level.Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Townhome

Excellent layout. Nicely appointed. Clean. Great location easily walkable to West Beach, the Funk Zone, Stearns Wharf and the Marina. Private garage parking. Only nit was that there was garbage left in the garbage cans in the garage and the smell radiated throughout the unit. However, when we informed the manager they responded quickly and helped us pinpoint and correct the issue. We will absolutely come back!

Felt like home!

Everything about this property was perfect. Location, communication, space, cleanliness - our family had zero complaints! We wish we could have stayed longer! The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and charming. Parking was never an issue. The location was perfect and we were able to walk downtown to eat and enjoy many activities. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space for us to feel comfortable and safe. I wish I could give this home 10 stars! Will definitely be saving this spot to visit again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great Spot to explore Santa Barbara’s from

It’s a lovely apartment. We knocked off a star as the bath mats and glasses weren’t clean and there was half eaten ice cream in the freezer. The rest of the unit was spotless. We didn’t use the kitchen for meals, but looked like it was really well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and lovely linen. The roof terrace in the photo is private, but all four apartments have their own terrace divided by walls. Not a problem for us, but the listing made it look as if the sun terrace was the only one that belonged to this apartment. Showers and toiletries were great. All in all a lovely place and 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend

Very High Standard

Best-equipped - supplies - utensils, comfortable bed, very clean - highly habitable for an extended stay - excellent bathroom. From all those perspectives, by far the best rental we have had. The property managers responded immediately to any questions/requests. The rental is in the area where short-term rentals are allowed; this gives an overall feeling of a transitional neighborhood - all this is controlled by the City of Santa Barbara and does not reflect on the property managers. On the other hand, it is only a short walk to the extensive beaches of the area, and there are many restaurants from which to choose. Some noise from 101, but very tolerable and didn't disturb sleep at all. The trains are relatively infrequent until about 10 pm at night, and you'll undoubtedly hear them as they sound their horn approaching Santa Barbara station. Not offensive - unless you are super sensitive to this kind of noise. Bottom line - well recommended as a rental but do evaluate the pros and cons based on your own requirements
