Nouvellement maison meublée deviendra votre maison préférée loin de la maison! Vues ensoleillées sous tous les angles, de bonne taille jardin, véranda et balcon, et une courte promenade à la plage. Granite et de cuisine en acier inoxydable fait partie du concept ouvert salon / salle à manger. Deux chambres à l'étage, avec des espaces de sommeil supplémentaires en bas, qui va accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Salle de bain de l'étage principal avec douche et un nouveau bain de type spa au deuxième étage, avec la tête de douche d'eau de pluie.

Dehors, il y a un patio privé avec grill en acier inoxydable et des sièges. De plus, il y a une douche avec lave-pieds pour nettoyer après votre séjour à la plage.

Situé entre Easton et deuxième plages, cette maison est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de Newport, sans le bruit et les lumières si vous ne voulez pas. Cependant, si vous le faites, Downtown Newport est à seulement 5 minutes ... déguster une cuisine raffinée et une ambiance de fête, ou de prendre une promenade en soirée tranquillement le long du front de mer.

Beautiful comfortable house close to Newport

The house was very comfortable as advertised. Check-in/Check-out was easy. The house is really close to the beach and close to Newport. Overall, a really nice place to stay at.

Wonderful property

We stayed for a weeknd for a wedding . Plenty of room for 7 adults and one infant . Lived little side yard and front porch . House was immaculate clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable . Would highly recommend .

Middletown Getaway

We loved this beautiful home in MIddletown. It has a great location - near beaches, quick drive to Cliff Walk and to downtown Newport, great areas to walk around near the house. The house is lovely with a well-stocked kitchen, great dining/sitting room area, and an outdoor eating area. We loved the balcony seating off of the upstairs king bedroom. Great place to say and would definitely return!

Gorgeous home, great location!

Our stay in this home was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a wedding near by and it was the perfect place to stay with plenty of room to get ready. With the views of the ocean and great location it was a perfect find! And the home itself was so well maintained and beautifully decorated with the perfect beachy feel!

The Perfect Family Vacation

What a wonderful home, and stocked with all the “nice to have” amenities! Kim is a wonderful host and the location in Newport was perfect…so convenient to walk to attractions like First Beach, the Cliff Walk, and great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Nice house, However had a few major issues and NO offer to be partly compensated for such!!

The only reason I am writing this "iffy" review is because upon departure from our stay I sent Kim a copy of the signed lease with a written review of the inconveniences of this stay and Kim has not even responded, nothing! I will say the house was very nice and had just about everything you needed. HOWEVER, I was notified upon checking that we could not use the washer because the former renter must have done something to it and it was not draining. OK, a bit last minute notice but I understand things happen. Because we had been traveling and had 8 people with us that needed to be ready for graduation we planned to use it but pivoted and then had to use our daughters rental house (she is a student at the College). The screen doors were broken upon arrival and therefore could not have the doors open, (OK fine) Dishwasher was full upon arrival (clean but full of dishes, again OK fine). We went to dinner on the first night and arrived back to house at 9:45 pm. The keypad lock was making a noise and hence the lock was malfunctioning. I called Kim who picked up right away and after a few calls back and fourth she advised me to go unlock the lock box on the side of house, we retrieved the keys in there and they were suppose to unlock the other door BUT no they didn't. After several tries and calls with Kim, it was determined that the Landlord had changed the locks and the new keys were not switched over. We had such a wonderful stay. This cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly want. Kim is always quick to reply to any messages and is so very pleasant. We are already booked for next year!

Absolutely Beautiful Home

Our family has stayed at this home in Easton's Point for 5+ years for our family vacation. The house is very clean, has excellent AC and close to beaches and restaurants... Newport is sooo close! Already booked for next year!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Daughters wedding in Newport

This was such a clean, beautiful beach home in a wonderful neighborhood. The hosts provided an amazing amount of thoughtful items to make your stay enjoyable. It was great that there were several other VRBOS on the street that were booked by members of my daughter & SIL’s wedding party. We hope to stay again. We never did figure out where the hot tub was and I wish the realtor had provided us the lease ahead of time as there was so much going on getting over 20 people settled in 5 homes for the wedding but it all worked out beautifully, even the parking!

Beautiful. Well maintained house near beach

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay. House had AMPLE storage for clothes. Plenty of towels and bedding and wonderful beach decorations. Well maintained and easy walk to 1st beach and local restaurants.

Nice place, nice neighborhood

The place was very clean and probably the best stocked place we have been to. They thought of everything we could need. There were even beach chairs to use if needed although we brought our own. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms were well lit. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for most of the week, but the six of us were never uncomfortable in the place. I would recommend for 6 people as the fourth bedroom is in the basement on a pull out trundle bed. Since we had 6, we never used it so it could be comfortable. The showers were very good and there were plenty of towels. There are restaurants within walking distance but the place is back in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. It was on the opposite side of the island from the main restaurants and shops. The short walk to the beach involves navigating some stone steps to the beach so we didn’t try that as we drove to Second beach. It is about a 0.8 mile walk to the Cliff Walk which was very nice. The place was very nice. We might try the busier side of the island if we come again, but if we want a more quiet time, this place was perfect.

Easton's Point is a wonderful family-like neighborhood. Many homes are occupied by year-round residents, with several vacation retreats sprinkled in between. The area is walker- and biker-friendly, and while you are visiting, check out the beautiful homes...you may decide that you want to be more than a visitor someday!
