Great family vacation!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Middletown. Erin and Pete’s home was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The layout of the house allowed our family of all adults to be spread out and have our own bathrooms. Erin and Pete were very responsive to questions. It was just a short walk to Easton’s beach which we really appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Winter Girls Trip

A group of friends stayed at this house during Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was perfect for our group and the location was just a short drive to downtown Newport. The decor of the house made you feel like you were at the beach and all of the rooms were cozy. We all agreed that each bed was comfortable too! Erin was the perfect host! She provided us with thorough instructions prior to arriving. We would highly recommend this home to any group looking to visit Newport!

Excellent stay

Location was excellent, easy ride to downtown Newport or some of us even walked into town one day. House was enough space for 8 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Great Spot

We had a lovely stay. Wonderful location near the beach. A nice reprieve from downtown Newport, but still felt close enough to enjoy. Great communication with host. And graciously offered extra time for check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend! Thanks Erin and Peter!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming property in Middletown, RI! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beaches, Newport, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was great as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Can’t wait to come back! And thank you to the hosts for being incredibly responsive.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Our group, made up of two small families and grandparents, had the best time staying there! The house is larger than it appears in photos and perfectly designed for a group like ours. The location also couldn’t be more perfect! It was a quick, easy drive to Second beach and a short walk to First Beach, restaurants and ice cream store which we took advantage of after a barbecue at the house. We totally recommend this place and will be coming back again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts, Erin and Pete!!

NYYC womens championship regatta

We stayed with 6 adult women for an extended weekend of sailboat racing and the home was perfect for us! Lots of space, a wonderful laundry area to wash and dry our gear each night, and a well equipped kitchen to food prep. The neighborhood was a great location and felt very safe! We loved it highly recommended it for large groups!!

Great stay for family wedding in Newport

We had a great stay for a family wedding in Newport. Our group was my husband, young adult sons, and my brother. It was so nice to have a comfortable, spacious home rather than hotel rooms. The location was perfect - only 10-15 minutes from downtown. The house was clean and well stocked with all that we needed. The owners were very communicative. We would come back again!

Perfect location for a girls trip!

We went to Newport for a girls trip, stayed here and it was perfect! Everyone had a very comfortable stay and everything was so clean. The living room and kitchen were big enough for us all to be in and relax. It was the perfect proximity to everything! Quick drive or Uber/lyft to everything you’d want to see. Communication with the hosts was amazing and we always had immediate responses. It was the perfect home and we hope to return in the future!

First, the owners of this property communicate in an extremely kind, thorough, clear, and prompt way…they were a pleasure to work with. The home is large, comfy, bright, clean, and conveniently located. Our group was entirely comfortable and happy during our stay and will stay here again when we visit our family in the area. Don't hesitate..

to book this place! Had a 3 day stay with relatives for a family wedding and all were impressed. The decor is lovely, this rental home is even better than the description. Super, super clean, quiet neighborhood, tons of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space with THE BEST outdoor shower. Really can't say enough good things about it. From prompt communication to effortless check in, to clear and perfectly reasonable check out procedure, this is rental done right. Best stay ever!
