Rented for weekend

I rented this property for my family and I to stay for attending a wedding in Newport. I am thankful I came across this property because I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the home was and how conveniently located it was to everything. The home was also equipped with everything that you could need, which was very nice! I will definitely be coming back and do highly recommend staying at this property!!

Week-long family beach vacation

Great location for getting little kids to and from the beach, and to Clementine's Ice Cream! We really enjoyed the thoughtful amenities such as blocks in the bedroom with twin beds, and provided beach chairs and towels. Very quick drive to downtown Newport! Thank you to our kind hosts!

Peaceful Paradise

The beach house was perfect. The neighborhood as quiet and friendly. We could tell the owner put much thought into making this a welcoming place , from checking with us to see if we needed anything, to the decor, to providing all the amenities we needed for our stay. We appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh and like new. The beach was just around the corner ,so we could go back and forth to the beach and house. We'd stay here again !

Great location, even better hosts!

We stayed from Monday - Saturday & loved the location. It’s perfectly located near Easton’s beach, with beach chairs, umbrella, picnic basket, and so much more! There was a pack n play with a booster seat available & even the kitchen had unexpected extras! Definitely recommend a visit with these lovely hosts who communicate as needed (we had a power loss one day) and offer support as needed. Great location, great home away from home & great people!

Weekend Getaway

We had a really pleasant stay. The home was nicely equipped and it had everything we needed for a weekend away. We reall enjoyed the firepit outside. We traveled with our three small children and found a nice selection of beach toys. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Great location, charming home

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect week. Two minute walk to quiet/private part of Easton Beach. Good eats and shops all walking distance. House is clean, linens/towels are good quality and not flimsy, beds are super comfortable, excellent wifi if you have to plug in a few hours of work. We will be back for sure!

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, 7 and under) had a great stay at Easton's Beach House! The proximity to the beach was perfect, especially with young kids. The house was very family friendly and well-stocked. We loved being able to enjoy the beach chairs and boogie boards. We had everything we needed inside too, even with our good sized family there were plenty of beds and places to sit. The house was comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. We appreciated the information of things to do in the area! We are already missing our time in Middletown/Newport and would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

This is a lovely cottage in a perfect location to walk to First Beach and to bike/drive to Second Beach (which we LOVED). David and Linda really have thought of everything - down to the beach cart, sand toys, beach chairs, and numerous beach towels. My family and I have previously rented in Narragansett and have always had to provide our own linens and towels, so I especially appreciated that everything was taken care of here. The one-level cottage made it easier with our young kids. Beds were super comfy and the linens clean and crisp. I also loved the balance of "coastal" and kitschy beach decor with the more personal art. Empire Tea and Coffee, Flo's Clam Shack, and the liquor store are great to have within walking distance!

Beach Vacay

We had a great time at the beach cottage. Lovely, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Newport. A short 8-10 minute car ride away. Easton’s Beach is a short walk from the house and David has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and even a beach buggy to carry it in if you desire. You can view the Cliff Walk and Mansions along the water from this area which was very nice during our walks along the beach and through the neighborhood. Sitting around the fire pit one evening was relaxing and the home was comfortable. Parking was easy with our own driveway and David always responded quickly when contacted. It was also super nice the hosts leaving a bottle of wine and chocolate for our stay. There are some restaurants within walking distance from the house including seafood, pizza, burgers and ice cream which were very good, especially when we didn’t feel like going into busy Newport at night. Overall would recommend this home as it is very convenient to all that Newport has to offer and the home has many items and amenities that we didn’t need to lug with us for our trip so that was very helpful.

This property is amazing! So clean beds were very comfortable & great for our little batchalorette girls weekend!!! Definitely would stay again. Our Uber was $7 into Newport, can’t beat that!
