Perfect Cape Cod House

I rented two houses for a family vacation near Corporation Beach. This house was absolutely perfect.

Best location on the Cape!

We had admired this attractive home from the outside for years while visiting with friends in Dennis and finally had the opportunity to rent it for a week with our family. It did not disappoint! The location is superb- easy walk or stroll to gorgeous private and public beaches, oceanfront seafood/burger “shack” with picnic tables, shopping and more. The home is well-equipped and maintained and tastefully furnished. The open layout of the downstairs kitchen, dining, and sitting areas is great for family gatherings. Bedrooms are spacious and charming and baths are nicely updated. The outdoor shower is a good option on a sunny day. Don’t miss the chance to experience a Cape sunset from the lookout tower (accessible by built-in ladder)! The owner and handyman respond promptly to any questions or concerns. Note that linens are not provided so don’t forget to bring your own or rent in advance (rental information provided by owner). The owner provides plenty of beach chairs and bikes so no need to bring or rent those items. This spotless home is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet side of the Cape!

Perfect vacation home for our family!

Large home with plenty of space for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 young children. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area and four spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Had all conveniences, including a work out area. A very short walk to Corporation Beach and a private neighborhood beach. The home had a nice yard with enough room for the kids to play and adults to relax. A gem!

Great location, lovely home!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house is well maintained, spacious, has a great kitchen. The outdoor furniture is comfortable - something not a lot of vacation rentals invest in. The owners were very responsive and so obviously interested in making our stay comfortable.

Fantastic house, wonderful location

I selected this gorgeous home based on location, location, location, based on my son (and now) daughter-in-law's recent wedding at Corporation Beach. The icing on the cake is that everything, absolutely everything, in this home was just perfect, and all of my multi-generational guests' needs were met. Thank you!!

Cape Cod Dream

An incredibly amazing house with an open floor plan, high end appliances, beautiful front and back yards with an outdoor shower, and ample seating for dining or lounging. Walking distance to a public beach, walking distance to a private beach as well! The homeowner provides many extra amenities. The 4 bedrooms are all quite large in size . 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 upstairs. One bathroom with a shower on the first floor is wonderfully designed with touches of "Cape Cod "! 2 half baths on first floor as well! Upstairs there is one bathroom with a shower . Off of the queen bedroom on the 2nd floor is a small room with a futon in it, with a sliding door that leads to a small 2nd floor deck. The futon room also contains a built in ladder that leads to a lookout room with views of the ocean. The views are captivating! Our son got married at the Dennis Inn, so the entire week was magical! We would highly recommend this house!

Beautifully Appointed Home With Everything for the Perfect Vacation

Our recent vacation at this property in scenic Dennis was nothing short of amazing. The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated but very comfortable. We loved the open floor plan and was a great area for the family to congregate with plenty space. There is everything one would need for a perfect vacation and whatever activities you choose whether biking, paddle boarding on the bay, sports activities, games, or just time at the beach. There is a public beach a short walk from the house but the best surprise was the private beach at the end of the community road and the look out on the top floor. The public beach even has a take out restaurant provided by a local business with a number of meal options. Picnic tables and umbrellas are provided. I can guarantee that this property will not disappoint and the owners are extremely accommodating and ensure that you have a wonderful experience. I did not want to leave and you won't either. I am sure we will be back again.

Perfect Rental - You Won't Want to Leave

With so little time away from work these days, I take my vacations seriously. We had not visited the Cape in years, so I spent weeks researching the right place to spend the week with family and friends. We have two little ones and invited a few friends to spend the week with us. The house is even larger than it looks in the pictures and was more than enough room for us. The owners were amazing throughout the entire process. Extremely responsive during the initial reservation process, kept in touch leading up to the rental, provided clear instructions and recommendations on how to get the most from our week. The house...where to begin!! The house is perfectly appointed for a beach rental. It is immaculate without being pretentious. You feel like you are in a really nice house, but lived in enough that you aren't walking on eggshells. You can tell where the original home stood by the beautiful pine boards through ought the kitchen and dining room. We loved the completely open first floor, plenty of room for cooking while we hung out and little ones ran around. The kitchen is complete with a Viking stove, good cutlery and Riedel stemware. The propane grill is a large Webber. We enjoy cooking and wine, having such a well equipped kitchen meant a lot to us. Yard is immaculate, croquet out front...beautiful, large, teak furniture on the patio. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach...and the beach! Private beach shared by a the neighborhood association. Just a short walk to the end of the road, then enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches on the cape...if not the east coast. On the weekend there were a few other beachgoers, during the week there was NOONE...only an occasional jogger or retiree getting his morning constitutional. At low tide you can relax and explore the tidal pools, wade in the warm water for what seems like miles. Owners supply a wagon to cart any beach supplies and chairs stored in a convenient storage box at the beach. Bedrooms are all large, beds are amazingly comfortable (and I'm picky on beds). Bathrooms all seem to have been redone in the past few years, really nice and I think 4 of them. Perfect if you are vacationing with other couples or families, you aren't all over each other. This is the type of home you don't often see rented and feel lucky to stay in for a week. It isn't just a rental, it is the owner's family vacation home and it shows. Cheers!

Beautiful Dennis house!

Beautiful house, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Lots of open space. Has everything you need. Was particularly impressed with the amount of bikes, beach chairs, work out equipment in the house. Loved it!
