Lands End - Ocean Front w/Beach Path & Spa

Where Oregon meets the Ocean, Lands End. Perched on a bluff overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Oregon coast! This charming beach house is a coastal dream with amazing ocean views throughout the house, outdoor spa overlooking the sunset and a private beach path.
This cozy home is the perfect escape after your coastal adventures with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, cooks kitchen, gas fireplace, and a sun-room and living room with epic ocean views.
We are pet friendly with a fenced yard.

Tucked away at the end of a road, Lands End really does make you feel like you're at the end of the world. Private, quiet and surrounded by the ocean! Enjoy beautiful ocean views from almost every room.

Almost a completely single level home, with the exception of a step leading down into the living room.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area share a space with large ocean view windows. Kitchen appliances include, gas stove top, oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with dining ware, glassware, cookware, bake ware, drip coffee pot, electric tea-pot, crock pot, blender, mixer, and rice cooker. Some spices and cooking items are available. 2 bar stools at kitchen island and 2 bar stools at the bar overlooking the living room. Dining table seats 6.

Living Room
Large, cozy living room with fantastic ocean views.
-TV viewing from 2 comfortable couches.
-Smart TV with cable, DVD player and selection of DVD's.
-Gas fireplace.
-Two chairs by large ocean view windows, perfect for reading or playing games.

Master King Bedroom
Large King size bed. Window with blinds that opens up into the sun-room for an ocean view. Two bedside tables with lamps, closet and a set of drawers,

Hallway Bathroom
Full bathroom with stand up shower, vanity with sink and mirror, toilet, hairdryer and linens. Washer and dryer. Located across the hall from the Master Bedroom.

Bedroom With Two Queen’s
Two queen size beds with a shared nightstand, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and sliding door leading out to the porch. Full en-suite bathroom attached.

Second Full Bathroom
Conveniently located off of the Doubles Bedroom with full beds. Stand up shower, vanity with sink and mirror, toilet.

Patio And Deck
Large deck with epic ocean views overlooking the ocean bluff and beach path. Four person hot tub, deck chairs and table.

Laundry Area
Laundry area is located in the hallway bathroom with washer and dryer.

Neighborhood
Located about 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach Area. Neighborhood is extremely quiet with other vacation homes located on the same road. Neighbors are longtime residents who are very accommodating of respectful guests.

Beach Access- IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
Beautiful beach path runs directly from the front porch of Lands End and leads you to one of Oregon's most amazing beaches. The beach path is private access, not available to the public, but a section of the path is shared with a neighboring vacation home who access the beach path by a different route, walking along the perimeter of Lands End garage and fence and through a locked beach gate at the back of the property. Lands End guests must allow neighbors to access their designated beach path route.

Parking
Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Guests must park away from the bluff. Any trailers or tow behinds must get prior approval.

Dog Friendly
Pet Rules: Dogs must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules.
1. Your dogs must not be aggressive in any way.
2. Additional pet fee of $125 per stay.
3. Pets may not be left alone at house.
4. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
5. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out.
6. Pets must be secured at all times.
