Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

The property was well kept. The grounds and the pool where excellent for the family and kids. It was very spacious and accommodated the family very well. The play room was a plus in that it had a pool table and ping pong table which the kids enjoyed. I would definitely consider rebooking.

It was perfect

Beautiful home, very nice yard. Great docks and lake front area. Had a blast in the game room. Patio cooking was great (use the smaller gas grill) Kitchen was awesome. I have nothing to critique on this place....all of us had a super time.

This property was perfect for our family getaway! We stayed 4 nights with our 3 grown children, their spouses, our 3 teenagers,& my in laws.The house was clean & well furnished, more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! The game room kept us entertained w/ the pool table, darts, ping pong table and even video games!! The boat dock and deck were very well kept, and the perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. The check in/checkout process was simple and communication w/ the rental company was great! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
