Notre bungalow chalet 2BR confortable et confortable des années 1930 a de hauts plafonds, planchers de bois franc, belle lumière, cuisine gastronomique, et peut dormir 6 (w / matelas pneumatique, canapé). Terrasse latérale, véranda avec ventilateur de plafond / plafond, salon gracieux et salle à manger avec une variété de livres, 2 télévisions HD. Cour fermée pour animaux de compagnie. Facile à pied du campus UT, stade de football, d'excellents restaurants, boutiques, Shoal Creek randonnée / piste cyclable au centre-ville. Bus de transit 1 pâté de maisons. Allée de stationnement.

Relaxing weekend

Home away from home

This VRBO felt like staying at a friend's house while they were away. It was comfortable and felt like a home (books, porch swing, plants, etc.) The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

This home is so well stocked and located conveniently to everything. The house and yard are just lovely. We felt so at home. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, everything was perfect. We will be back.

Perfect cottage in the heart of Austin

Joan was on the spot, all details conveyed before check in. Beds were comfy, house was perfect for 4 guests. We ate out and even cooked dinner one evening. Kitchen was stocked and had everything needed for cooking a family meal. Cottage was ideal and the location was perfect for our UT football game weekend. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Such a cute place!

This is our second time to stay here. We love everything about it. Location is ideal for our student who lives in West Campus, she can drive or walk to us easily. Beds are comfy and the home is so cozy, and we love bringing our fur baby. We can't wait to return!

The best spot!

Honestly this place is amazing. It’s right near campus but also in a nice quiet neighborhood! The host was very accommodating and would highly recommend staying here!

Great location! We were in town to visit our college kids. Walk to campus. Perfectly comfortable space and our pup loved it too! Will stay again.

Charming bungalow that feels like home

Booked the first home game weekend and we were happily surprised at how much like a neighborhood this area feels like compared to how busy the rest of W campus was before a game. If you like the style and comfort of a mature home, you will be happy here. As with the rest of W campus, streets and parking are tight, but also walkable to food and shops, too. Hope to make this our home away from home while visiting Austin in the future.

Exceptional property, amenities, and management!

We loved this home! The property has everything in amenities (everything we needed) to cook in the kitchen, the bedrooms had sufficient extra blankets and lots of pillows, and the bath was stocked with lots of towels and even supplies that we didn’t expect to be available were available, books and games; everything here was perfect for my family inside the home and outside in the yard, patio, and porch! We loved this place!!! Communication with management was excellent. We received instant and helpful responses to our every inquiry. The location is excellent, minutes to everything downtown and recreation. We had no problems with anything whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property and will visit someday again.

This is a lovely home, filled with charm and personality. The house is very close to UT, which makes it perfect for visiting parents. Really enjoyed the front porch. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Lovely cottage

This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

So close to West Campus

Great 2 bedroom property close to west campus. Driveway parking. Quiet neighborhood street. We loved we could walk to west campus for parent weekend activities.

Great place to stay

This house was perfect for a visit to my son who lives in West Campus. Lovely quiet street, great location and comfortable house. We felt really at home. Only sad part was that the weather was terrible so we never got to enjoy the cute backyard!

Great bungalow in good location

This house was very cute - just what we needed. We were in town visit UT Austin and going to a football game. The beds were comfortable and the house was clearly well loved. The location was super close to campus and good restaurants. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable

Nice little home, I liked that the beds, bathroom and kitchen were updated and clean. Easy parking for 2 cars, We walked to breakfast and campus. The owner was prompt to respond. The check in and out was easy.

I grew up in Houston but moved to Austin for graduate school and stayed - who wouldn't? Easy access to nature, beautiful art, live music, great restaurants and, of course, the incomparable Barton Springs. I love this town!
