Studio moderne noir et blanc a été conçu par l'architecte primé, Dick Clark et achevé dans 20 Septembre 2013. Situé dans Bouldin Creek à Austin Central, il est une courte promenade de la South Congress, Zilker Park, lac Lady Bird et Downtown Austin. Merveilleuses boutiques de café, bars et restaurants et la scène musicale locale sont tous à proximité.

Le cube moderne est une location de trois étages. Le premier étage contient un porche d'écran avec barbecue au gaz, évier et TV écran plat. Le deuxième étage accueille la chambre, coin salon, salle de bains, dressing, laveuse et sécheuse. Le troisième étage supervise centre-ville avec une vue grandiose sur le centre-ville. La conception industrielle contient des planchers de bois de bambou, un bar et un escalier extérieur avec une entrée privée. terrasse avec une vue du centre-ville. La cour est entourée d'arbres vivants de chêne, jardins, et le pont et la piscine.

Ceci est un l'un des biens genre conçue pour la vie en plein air et divertissant.

La propriété est partagée avec moi-même et ma mère et dispose de 4 whippets itinérance librement.

Heavenly hideaway!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights, recently. We could not have asked for a better experience at Desirae’s place. Everything was top notch - the amenities, location, communication - all stellar! The bed was comfy and we loved looking out the HUGE picture windows at the old oak trees and pool area. This is nothing short of an oasis inside the city limits. We would not hesitate to book this home-away-from-home the next time we are in Austin!

A Great Love Nest

My girlfriend and I stayed here and we didn’t want to leave! The location is close to everything Austin has to offer. The design of the space is so thoughtful and it felt just like we were living in an up-scale treehouse. We felt so connected with nature. The dogs are so precious. (Bella the Basset Hound and I have a special relationship that I will remember forever!) The Owner’s Mom immediately took care of the very few basic coordination items we needed to deal with and she was so sweet and kept to herself so as to not intrude on anything. We had another couple come over for drinks and enjoyed the observation deck with them. Such a special, special place!!!

Modern luxury tucked in an Austin oasis

The place was great from check in to check out. It’s a second floor private apartment, with great design, comfy bed and sheets, big closet and modern appliances. Hosts were super nice and accommodating and everything was just super easy. Highly recommend.

Weekend in Austin

Comfortable lodging in a convenient location which served as a good base camp from which to conduct off-property activities. Patrons share common space for cooking, lounging and swimming with the very hospitable owners...and their delightful dogs. All-in-all, a good experience but in our minds a bit overpriced granted likely in keeping with the Austin market overall.

Blissful Backyard Oasis Perfect for Our Anniversary

We could not have asked for a better location to relax, unwind, and celebrate our 28th anniversary than this spectacular modern home and backyard oasis. The incredible hosts, Desirae and her mother, Cynthia, were attentive to every detail, including a spectacular champagne upon our arrival. We particularly love the architecture, and the attention to detail in both the interior design and the amenities. Everything we needed to be perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. We floated in the pool for hours, staring up at the majestic live oak trees, and played with the friendly dogs during the day. At night, we enjoyed cool breezes (and zero mosquitos) on the third-floor patio with a perfect view of the stars overhead and the Austin skyline off in the distance. Cynthia was gracious enough to show us around her art studio on the property, and of course, we had to bring home a couple of pieces of her beautiful pottery as a keepsake. All in all, an absolutely blissful time—and one of our favorite vacations ever. We'll definitely be back.

Absolute Delight!

We came to this property for a stay-cation over the Memorial Day weekend. What an absolute delight! The architectural and interior design is stunning. The garden and grounds are tranquil and tropical. Within 1 mile of countless restaurants and shopping. Absolutely a 5-star experience. Looking forward to returning.

Graduation weekend getaway

The place is just a lovely oasis! The grounds are beautiful and serene. Desiree and Cynthia, the hostesses, are a mother and daughter team. They made us feel like we were staying with family! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. It was so perfect! We cannot wait to visit again!

Great long weekend

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a great long weekend in Austin staying here. The house looked very nice, outside and in. Desirae, and her wonderful dogs, were there to greet us and give us the tour as we arrived. Very welcoming host with a beautiful home and quiet atmosphere at the house and neighborhood. Overall it’s a fantastic property with a wonderful and welcoming host, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Great private spot, close to everything

We loved our stay at this vrbo. The house was very clean and modern but also very comfortable. Perfect spot to chill for a bit in between seeing all that Austin has to offer. Everything we planned to see was either walking distance or a short drive so it's very central to everything. Desirae, the host, was so nice and gave us a welcoming tour when we arrived. Loved the dogs too! We will definitely be back!

The property was as shown on the listing. If location is a priority, this property has it. Very well located in town. The host was above average and we had a very relaxing, enjoyable visit. By the time we left, we felt like we were staying, with extended family.

Desirae and Cynthia were great hosts and their property is so nice! Our two dogs loved the freedom of the fenced in yard. You couldn’t really ask for a better location to check out Austin. Thanks for the hospitality!

Desirae shone in ballet from age three, securing a lead role in the Nutcracker at six with the Fort Worth City Ballet Company. She balanced competitive sports and the arts through high school and college. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she ventured into creative marketing and opened her graphic design studio, American Pie Design, Inc., in 1993. Yoga became her stress relief from corporate life, and she embraced Baptiste Power Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga for their spiritual aspects. In 2006, she opened Breath and Body Yoga in Austin, Texas, establishing a top-tier teacher training school. She works with University of Texas sports teams, enhancing their strength, flexibility, and alignment. Today, she teaches, tours, and trains, merging vinyasa flow with alignment.
