Il est un / 1 maison de 2 chambres de bain. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen. Le canapé se transforme en deux lits jumeaux en enlevant les coussins de dossier. Peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. La salle de bain est un style de Jack et Jill entre les deux chambres.

La maison a été entièrement rénové à l'intérieur. L'extérieur vous donne le charme historique du quartier, mais une fois à l'intérieur, vous pourrez profiter de toutes les mises à jour d'une maison moderne.

Il est une maison à aire ouverte avec la salle, manger et la cuisine dans un espace ouvert. Il a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et la cuisine est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner un repas complet.

Great house, location, and owners

We stayed at this property when our daughter graduated from UT. The location was fantastic, the house had everything you would ever need. It had a great little yard to spend time in as well. The owners were a pleasure to work with as well. We will be back to stay at this property!

Great place for a family

The house was in a great location. Very clean and organized. It was wonderful to see family games, coloring books and children's items to eat with! Just the right size for a family and we loved the putt-putt in the backyard.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a conference downtown and it was perfect! Easy to get to downtown, clean, and comfortable. Hosts thought of everything and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

We didn’t spend too much time at the house because of the reason we were home but while we were there it was perfect for 4 adults, very accommodating and an awesome backyard!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hyde Park. The hosts were communicative and hospitable, the apartment was cute and comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely and centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Great for folks who need a base camp for a busy Austin vacation or work event. Like a large extended stay suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Comfortable outdoor space for a few guests. Easy to find and you're walking distance to restaurants, bakery, and grocery.Not a place where you'd throw a party, because the neighbors are very close. But the outdoor area is shady, and the putting green is fun.Would definitely choose this property again.

Great house in a nice area close to UT

The home is great. Nice comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The backyard patio is great. Plenty of seating and a nice little putting green. If we ever are in Austin again, we will definitely try to stay here again. Also Stephanie and Bradley are really nice and great to communicate with if needed.

Great Home Base for a brief work trip in ATX!

This property served as a great spot to stay with some coworkers for a brief work trip to Austin. It was super clean, well-appointed, and accessible in a neighborhood with few other hotels/traditional lodging options. Highly recommended!

We are B and Jennifer. We are true Austinites!! We were even born in the same hospital, St. David's. We have both lived here our whole lives, except when B left to go to law school in San Antonio. We have twin daughters that keep us very busy.

This property has has been in our family for over 60 years. B's Grandfather used to own a furniture store that is now, Hyde Park Theatre and he used to purchase homes in Hyde Park so he could get the furniture to resell in his store.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We hope you will love this home as much as we do. We did much of the work on the remodel ourselves and we tried to make it even more comfortable than your own home!! It is really fun to people watch on the porch and the neighbors are all very friendly!
