The apartment is downtown, so there is downtown noise and activity. It's one flight of stairs to the front door. There is a outdoor area for you to enjoy the ocean and mountain views.

I do need to mention that this apartment is downtown with downtown life, parking is street parking only, and that no laundry on site, the laundromat is across the street (best laundromat ever !)

This unit is on the 2nd level, must walk up stairs to unit.
Great location for walking the town, but to see the Big Island attractions like the Volcano and Akaka Falls you will need a car.

Bugs are known to be everywhere in Hawaii. We do what we can with regular maintenance, but they are quick and catch rides with peoples bags and boxes, even in rental cars... and then they are in. We try hard to keep them out or get rid of them if they get in.
