Perfect location and vibe

Quaint home one block from the ocean. Lots of privacy and hot tub was everything! Kitchen was functional and a good amount of space considering the size of the home. Back yard was so nice and inviting for family time. All of our activities and restaurants were within 10 minutes.

Wonderful stay

Family had a great time on the property! The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The property was pristine and the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again for our next family gathering.

Great location near beach plus a hot tub

This was a nice place to stay and a great location near the beach. we really enjoyed the hot tub.If you're going to ask guests to sweep the floor, a broom should be easy to find.

The house was nice. The only things were the issue with the plugs in the bedrooms, probably should have that fixed because of that i(husband) had to sleep in the living room to insure our medical devices were able to run all night and not shut off. With having kids with autism and they having their habits and routines would have been nice to have tvs in bedrooms. Also something that would help the house a lot would be the placement of a ceiling fan in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms felt amazing with the fans but kitchen and living room was hot.

Easy Access, Fantastic Location, Walking Distance to Harbor

We (a family of 3) stayed for 3 nights in May for a family wedding. We opted for a home instead of a hotel toi meet with friends over a meal or snacks and not be rushed. The house has 2 original bedrooms, and an addition that could be called a sunroom is the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bed -- a sofa bed, is in the family room, which you enter from the front door.The bathroom is well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are towels and extra pillows, blankets, etc.We didn't go to the beach, so didn't use the beach chairs or the beach towels provided. It is walking distance to the beach, and one evening we walked to the harbor. Another morning I walked in the other direction to Arroyo Burro Beach Park.Washer and dryer are in the garage -- we didn't use.If this listing was available again, we'd consider staying again.

Beautiful property and great location!

The place was great, well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also very close to a walking / biking path leading to Leadbetter beach. The backyard was pretty spacious and the spa was lovely to soak in after a day of exploring Santa Barbara. The only "con" was that you have to clean all dishes, run the dishwasher and put them away before leaving or you will get charged. There is already a pretty hefty cleaning fee so this felt redundant and was a bummer to have to worry about doing all that on the last day of vacation!

Charming, modern & clean home near beach

In Santa Barbara for a family get-together. This spacious home was a great alternative to more cramped motels and location was central to other local family and near the beach, restaurants, & shopping. Had some difficulty inviting other family members to join us so it was under-utilized but it was quiet, clean, charming, and had plenty of amenities. You can’t please everyone so the seniors were disappointed that there wasn’t better accessibility (charming narrow paths and lack of safety bars at entries and exits & in bathrooms was daunting). Modern entertainment and heating was a bit difficult for them to navigate but they have the same problem at local hotels. The loners wanted in-room TV but settled for using their tablets. Variety of interesting board/card games and books for kids too. Kitchen and dining area was spacious enough for family meals. Beautiful weather and spacious patio was inviting but we did not take full advantage of it in the short time we were there so didn’t use the spa. Beds were comfortable but would have preferred to have the en-suite bathroom in the room with the largest bed (and larger end-tables or smaller lamps). Plenty of cleaning supplies, lotions & shampoos. Adjustable shower heads and an available washer & dryer. Private parking off street for more than one car. Host left a set of instructions and guest rules and push-button entry was easy. Would definitely recommend this to other, younger families without accessibility issues.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting town for a wedding. The property and neighborhood was beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the home accommodated all our family's needs and more! Thank you!Also, I love plants, and the indoor and outdoor plants were beautiful and well-loved and maintained! :)
