LIVING ROOM WITH PICTURE FRAME TV
Stunning space with fireplace and oversized couch that seats 6-8 people comfortably. Large 75" Samsung picture frame TV becomes a piece of wall art whenever it's turned off. TV comes with Netflix and YouTube tv (similar to cable). Enjoy eye-popping furniture & décor. Fast Wifi throughout the house.

DINING ROOM
Very spacious dining room that can fit 8-10 people at the table, with open floor plan that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining. Large 16' sliding doors open directly to the beautiful outdoor spaces.

Extremely comfortable (brand new) King & Queen mattresses from Sit & Sleep's luxury line. Enjoy memory foam pillows, luxury linens, and blackout shades to get the perfect night's sleep, plus AC for perfect temperature control. Two of the 4 bedrooms have very large walk-in closets with custom cabinetry.

Newly remodeled bathrooms with marble floors, venetian plaster walls, stunning tile work and plush luxury towels. Large freestanding soaking tub in one bathroom. Stacked with luxury amenities, we provide all the following complementary to each of our guests: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, tissues, wash clothes, abundant towels, body lotion, both liquid hand soap and bar soap, and hair dryers.

OFFICE
Nice work space bathed in natural sunlight from the large sliding doors that open to our outdoor spaces.

Very short drive to the Douglas Preserve (the most amazing blufftop preserve with epic sunsets set it nature paradise). The perfect coastal get-away!
